    Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place at all.This property is completely different from what is shown in the photos. The building and rooms are in very poor condition, with obvious lack of maintenance and cleanliness.We arrived late at night and were already shocked at the reception area. The room was even worse: dirty floors with hair and footprints, old grey towels, damaged furniture, and curtains in bad condition. The bathroom was unacceptable — the sink was clogged, with dark stains and very poor hygiene. The ceiling had visible humidity damage and peeling paint.We reported the issues immediately, but no proper solution was offered.The breakfast is extremely basic and disappointing. Also misleading: it is advertised that you can have breakfast on a seaside terrace, but this actually belongs to another hotel of the same chain. This is not clearly explained anywhere.We only stayed one night because we had no other option at that moment, and left the next day.This place does not match its description and is not worth the price at all. Avoid if you want to enjoy your vacation.

    Great little place. Good value with Breakast include , enjoy If you are a light sleeper and here on a weekend. Ask for a room on the right side of the hotel. Loud DJ music till 2am on the left side of the property. Wifi is good at this property. Some construction noise from across the street.

    The hotel is located in a great spot, with access to numerous restaurants/bars within a 10 mins walk’s reach. The area is also relatively safe especially on the beach. I would avoid walking around after 1 am as a tourist.The included breakfast was delicious every day and showcased well the country’s culinary expertise.The Bavaro beach right next door is absolutely beautiful with the typical Caribbean beach colors!The staff was very helpful, approachable and down to earth during my stay. I did appreciate that my room was equipped with AC, but I did feel that my room was barebones and could have used hand soaps, body lotion, shampoo and a mini fridge, which is pretty standard in most hotels. Hotel cleanliness was great and I loved the ample amounts of seating areas located around each floor.Considering the affordability of the place, it was great value for money and did not disappoint!

    Great hotel in a cool little part of town. Quick walk to the beach and a bunch of good restaurants / cool bars. Awesome and super friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when back in town and would recommend my friend ( anyone else do the same).
