    honestly what an amazing resort. i have had such a great time. the food is pretty good and the people are amazing too especially chocolate. he’s brings the vibe and smile to everyone’s face. if he’s there you know you are going to have a good time. my butler too. he’s great. so attentive

    I paid premium, not worth! Bad food, a lot of flies on the food(Snack Bar). Buffett area, my Daugther asked for fries and the employee grap the fries with his hands(no gloves). Nasty. The A/C wasn’t working properly. You pay for unlimited drinks but often times when you order, they said ( it gone! ). NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. The hotel needs change management to survive. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Horrible!, Aweful.

    Nice resort. I’ve been to better and I’ve been to worse. This was good for the price. Our butler John James in the premium section was amazing. The drinks in the resort were good (not bottom shelf like at other resorts). I’d likely return
