Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, active holidaymakers and families, this resort is situated in a quiet area in Punta Cana, right by the sea.

Facility

The resort was built recently, in 2020. Guests have a choice of 603 rooms, including 115 suites and 483 double rooms, located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor. 3 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Most units have a sea view. Rooms have a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. Guests can also book 7 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can cool off in one of the 3 outdoor pools. There is a children's swimming area as well. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy beach volleyball and crazy golf. For a fee, fishing is also available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, catamaraning, kayaking and snorkelling. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a reflexology massage, are offered for a fee. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For an extra fee, international brands are available.

    Wonderful Stay at Atmosphere ResortWe had a wonderful vacation at Atmosphere Resort. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the beach was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The pools were excellent, and there was plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably.A special thank you to Alberta Santana, Juan Guerrero, Jimenez, Alexandra, Erica, Vidal, Domingo Reyer, Yndha, and Plaxa for their outstanding service in the restaurants, bars, and on the beach. Their kindness and hard work made our stay even more enjoyable.The only small suggestions would be to have more beach towels available during the day and one or two additional souvenir shops inside the resort.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return.     This is not a 5 star hotel at all. The buffets on both sides were infested with flies on the food. I did not eat at either. The place had strat cats and dogs. Absolutely unacceptable. That being said, the manager accommodated our dinner needs with reservations to The Cut, we loved it. Koi was great and the WIN was also great. This resort is a laid back resort on both sides. While we were there a guy that we met of the rooftop swimming pool called Sunset was robbed of his apple watch from his room. Be careful. Buy trackers and lock all valuables in the safe as well as an extra lock. I will never return here.
