  This is an honest hotel. It is a solid 3+ star with good services. The lady at the reception was very good. The room and common spaces are very clean. WiFi worked very well.I did not use the pool nor gym but they looked good.I enjoyed the breakfast but found the snack bar food average/meh.Others complained about pillow sizes and there are simple things like being able to get help with scissors needed, or buying bandaids that were not fantastic. But this is not a 5 star hotel. For the price and friendliness, this hotel does a great job and I would return.Work or leisure (rather), I warmly recommend this hotel.   The place is clean, the people are friendly, it's a nice atmosphere.   We requested for a crib months in advance, but it was not available when we arrived despite the availability advertised online. The room smelled awful. The sofa bed was incredibly rusty and old. Wifi was unable to be connected from the living room or the bathroom. It was only available in our bedroom where it also got frequently disconnected. We will not return. Just spend a bit more and go to a place with better services where they actually keep their promise. While we make every effort to accommodate such requests, cribs cannot be guaranteed, as clearly specified on our website and booking platforms.Regarding the odor in the room, no issue was reported during your stay, so we were not given the opportunity to inspect or resolve it immediately. Our housekeeping team follows strict protocols and conducts regular inspections to ensure rooms are properly maintained.The sofa bed mentioned meets the hotel’s usage and safety standards. Nevertheless, we have taken note of your comment and will review it again with our maintenance department.As for the Wi-Fi service, it operates properly in the vast majority of hotel areas. As it is a shared connection, occasional fluctuations in signal strength may occur depending on the number of users and connected devices.We regret that your overall impression was negative, but we believe it is important to provide this clarification for future guests.
