Location

The location of this hotel could not be better - a tranquil setting amid beautiful lush gardens on Zamalek Island in the River Nile. The city centre is situated in the immediate vicinity, while it is about 15 km to Cairo International Airport.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1869. The hotel has 12 lifts and features 1250 non-smoking rooms, including 389 single rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous buffet awaits guests at breakfast and dinner. Alternatively, dinner can be ordered à la carte. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Cairo Marriott Hotel: A Magnificent Property

    The Cairo Marriott Hotel is magnificent. The property is luxurious and the staff is extremely well trained and very gracious. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is well staffed for service; whether to bring you extra towels or serve lunch and drinks. There are 14 restaurants on the property and I tried 4 of them. Great food and service, The concierge lounge is open 24 hours a day and the staff there is amazing. Hagar and Mohammed are so gracious and helpful.After normal hours, the lounge is still staffed and there are snacks and drinks such as juices, sodas, and coffees. The Housekeeping is wonderful. They aim to please and they succeeded. I cannot even describe how happy I was at The Cairo Marriott Hotel in words. The service, atmosphere, and food are all superior. I cannot wait to go back. I have stayed at The Ritz Carlton in Cairo, which is wonderful, but The Cairo Marriott is even better!

    This place is my favorite go to for whenever I'm craving a perfect brisket. The atmosphere is enjoyable and relaxing along with the fact that the cleanliness is splendid I saw no odd blemishes or anything which is something most restaurants don't pay attention to so it clearly shows how thorough they are. Also, the service is wonderful and the staff are very pleasant to interact with and commit to their duties flawlessly. I would like to make a mention to Mohamed Gamal S Hady for keeping the place in order and to the staff once again for their evident efforts to show commitment to the restaurant. I will definitely be here again.
