    Amazing Location in the centre near the river.But it's the friendly staff that makes the difference. All people in the hotel are so nice and friendly especially Mr Sami who makes so much of an effort to please you. Thank you Mr Sami for everything you have done.It is quiet, clean and you feel safe. Breakfast is much more you can eat I feel sorry to waste that much food.Hotel is great value for the money you pay. Yes it's not Hilton but you pay just a fraction of the price.I upload picture from last breakfast there was an omelet as well.

    Horrible!! Don't book even if offered for free

    This is the worst hotel one can stay in. They don't have parking, no hot water, no room service, no drinking water, nothing at all.Their staff is frustrated and rude. They ask 20 EGP per hour for parking. Don't don't give a damn about your satisfaction level.

    Our flight was cancelled, so we needed a room for the night until our hotel could be ready and mostly every place was booked. We stayed here for one night and it was the worst place we have ever been to, I wouldn't even call it a hotel but a motel. We booked a twin room and when we got there it was filthy. We were afraid to sleep because the lock on our door was almost nonexistent. The elevator is not finished, so be careful as I made the mistake of falling back and had an impossible brown stain on my sweater. We left super early so we cannot attest to what breakfast is like, also the WiFi is terrible.

    Beautiful Hotel in need for improvement

    Stayed at the above hotel ( Concord Elsalam) in Heliopolis; Cairo for 3 nights.We arrived late; nearly midnight. After an exhausting trip; we found that the room has twin beds. I’ve booked king size bed. The receptionist staff claimed that the hotel is fully booked; of course I know this was not true. I requested to speak to the duty manager; then I was told the room will be ready in 30 min. We went to the room at 2 AM. The manager brought the key to us. The other receptionist staff did not even say sorry for such a delay in getting us a room that was supposed to be ready 10 hours ago. Then when you ask the receptionist on a map; information leaflet; .....etc they do not have it!Makes you wonder what is going on in the receptionist area which is the focus of every tourist. Management need to have a good look at that area as training and improvement is vital for the hotel survival in a competitive market.Security is excellent; there is a swimming pool for adults and children; not heated. There is a good Jim too.The hotel is similar to Marriott Heliopolis: Cairo. Old charming rooms ; good size. Rooms are clean; but we had to ask for items like slippers ; tooth brush; polish; which supposed to be in the room.There’re is a nice play area for children too.Breakfast is basic; really fits 3 star hotel. Internet is free but slow and gets disconnected often.
