    really i enjoyed so much hotel totally changed after renovation this is the second time i stay in. good location , nice staff and near from everything . really enjoyed this time so much near from tahrir square ,malls , restaurant

    Location of hotel was in the down town area that is the only good thing about this place otherwise this is a terrible place, please avoid Difficult to find hotel as its located inside a building with no signs on the street smelly room and bathroom dirty bed sheets and poor beds Wouldnot recommend this hotel to anyone

    I am totally satisfied with this hostel. They try very hard to make your stay enjoyable and worth every penny. I pay $8.00 and the bed is comfortable. They have curtains Light and plug in for phone in the bed cube. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. They are easy going about leaving suitcases behind and check out has a time but it’s no problem to take a nap in the bed at 5/6 pm. How much sweeter can a business get? They are clean. Well anyway... after our 4 day tour I’m coming back here!!!

    Blood stains on the sheets and blankets. Dirty room and floor. Water from the bathroom was running inside the bedroom. Breakfast was some dry bred and a boiled egg. And it took me for......ever to find this place. Absolutely no signs on the street. Couldn't close the window inside the bedroom properly so we had noises from the street all night long.

    As I have seen in other reviews it seems that I´m not the only one that had this problem with this hostel. I booked a room months in advance and when we got there they had given it to another person and expected us to stay in a shared room (lower range than the one we got) instead. When we declined they offer to take us to another hotel and insisted that we cancel the reservation (clearly to hinder us from giving them a bad review on the booking site). Even though I refused to do that, they reported to the booking site that we hadn't showed up at the check-in time to avoid the bad reviews at all costs. Deplorable attitude and lack of respect towards clients.
