    Very bad experience They lost my bag, it's been 2 weeks without update They complained about shipping charges although it's their big mistake Will file a case a d make accountable wasting my time and bag content and will write reviews on all platforms Not recommend at all

    very bad hotel. No maps. knowledgeable staff, room info in room. water cost 35 Egyptian pounds, charged triple rate for arriving early am. hotel caught on fire then flooded. no free breakfast or transfers from to airport as was promised. tv didn't work. traffic erratic and dangerous. accident in uber. all museum cost high.

    Really terrible hotel, all service is a mess.Dirty, miss service, in the rrom i have not towels, they did not clean the room, breakfast terrible, coffee in paper glass.The staff try to be nice, but the final result is terrible anyway.The door of my room was broken in 6 night never repair

    Don’t pay attention to the fake photos on booking and other sites. They are photos of a couple upgraded rooms, so you may not be so lucky. Terrible service, they told us (family of 4; 2 adults and 2 children) that no reservations needed when we asked to reserve a suite over the phone. When we arrived, there were only rooms available. Mohamed at the front desk tried to overcharge us for a child. Rooms aren’t clean and you have to stand diagonally to use the sink, since it’s buried between the wall and the shower glass partition. We couldn’t stay for long and checked out the next day. In addition, we forgot a couple glasses inside the fridge and when we called at 8pm, we were told that they have no one to check the fridge and our non-consumables are probably thrown away. Never seen anything like this before.

    This is my first night here but here we go, The staff is polite, reception staff are helpful and friendly so many thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Miss Christina, my check in was really quick and smooth, The room is acceptable and quiet, but how is it possible that there is no slipper or water in the room's for a half-board reservation!! the hotel loses a lot of its advantages to save the cost of low expenses
