    Good hotel and well located in Cairo downtown. Room was clean.Very friendly staff. Of course not a 5star hotel and don't compare with a Pullman or Movenpick hotel. Mr Ibrahim.Raffick (+20 10 22330486) is available round the clock to help. Mr Ibrahim organised everything for me: airport transfers, tours including the Nile tour on 5star cruise from Aswan to Luxor + domestic flights, Alexandria, Cairo city tours etc. Highly recommend

    Great modern rooms with air conditioner, amazing location in downtown and very friendly staff. The bathroom is very clean. The hotel is really affordable. There are many near restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I recommend it to locals and tourists.

    First of all this hotel is on the 6th floor of its building, there is a lift but it's small so just good for 1 person and suitcases or 2 people so be prepared that you may have to conquer the stairs. Room was spacious and clean and the decor was what I expect from a budget middle eastern hotel. Excellent location, a stones throw from the Egyptian Museum (we could see it from our window) so a great price in regards to that. WiFi was good. What we enjoyed most were the staff at this hotel; polite, kind and keen to help. There were no expectations or demands for constant tips or trying to upsell us on anything unnecessarily, things we had encountered in our previous hotel and endured while out and about in Cairo. Would recommend this hotel.

    I never thought I could afford to stay at a Grand Palace Hotel - it sounds terribly fancy and expensive, doesn't it?The reality of Cairo's Grand Palace is that it's a somewhat shabby hotel located on the 6th floor with a dirty staircase. The rooms are below average, the breakfast is terrible, and the internet doesn't work.On the plus side, there are the relatively low prices and the convenient proximity to the Egyptian Museum and Tahrir Square.

    I recommend this hotel, you will get warm welcome and great service and the staff is friendly and helpful and you will enjoy every moment of your stay in tranquility and peace and you will find the place is very nice and cheerful and the hotel is well located and the room is very clean and nice and well decorated.
