    Those wonderful hotel treated us so special . Tge staff are so lovely and go above and beyond to help whatever you may need . Friendly kind inviting hotel . Roof top service was excellent . Room was nice and I’d give it 10/10

    A tourist hotel with a beautiful view of the pyramids. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast on the observation deck was delicious.

    I am surprised by the number of negative reviews for this hotel. This is in the middle of Cairo, and its authenticity is part of its charm. The view is incredible, the staff are lovely and the room was clean and sufficient. I would stay here again.

    The only good thing about the hotel is the location: a great view from the rooftop terrace and only 50 meters from the entrance to the pyramids. But that’s about it. The room is okay and the bathroom definitely needs some maintenance, but the overall service and cleanliness in the rooftop restaurant are terrible. Not a single reasonably clean seat cushion. The tables were not wiped and were greasy. The service staff was friendly, but the basic professional skills were not very well developed. There was no noticeable management or supervision. Only Ms. S. seemed to make a real effort.We arrived at 4 p.m., and after an hour someone finally came—after we called for them—and asked what we wanted. We were given two dirty menus and ordered Pepsi with a burger and fries. The Pepsi arrived after 15 minutes, and the rest came another 30 minutes later.When we arrived, we were almost the only guests there, yet there were six employees standing around, four of them on their mobile phones. Our request for ketchup took another five minutes. The employee who took the order came to the table chewing and holding a slice of pizza in his hand.The food itself was the most expensive and the worst we had in Egypt. The excuse for everything was that it is Ramadan.

    If you book a “pyramid view” room, they will give you a room with a window where you absolutely cannot see the pyramids.If you ask to change rooms, they will raise their voice and say you can just change it the next day instead.The room is very dirty and dark, and the bedding has stains on it.The hotel staff will constantly pressure you to book tours with them.Your worst experience in Egypt will start with this hotel.
