    Disappointing stay. My room was facing a bank building, which was a very poor view. I requested a room change, but the front desk was not flexible and refused to help. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you care about the view or good service."للأسف كانت تجربة غير موفقة. الغرفة التي استلمتها كانت تطل على مبنى بنك، مما جعل الإقامة مزعجة وغير مريحة. طلبت من موظفي الاستقبال تغيير الغرفة لواجهة أخرى، لكن طلبي قوبل بالرفض دون محاولة لإيجاد حل. انصح بالتأكد من نوع الإطلالة قبل الحجز لأن الإدارة غير متعاونة في تغيير الغرف."

    It was such a great stay , the room was good the place is quite , but it's so difficult to get a transportation or Uber there unfortunately, but I would like to thank norhan from the front desk team for her genuine care and assistance she helped me to get Uber which made my stay much easier each time

    Terrible experience during my wedding stay, I am writing to warn people from this hotel I had been theft in my weeding and the hotel management didn’t do anything. I am very disappointed and sad. NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL, do not ever book

    Super desserts from the chef who had prepared our fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. We were so delighted with it and told him so, and he gave us some complementary desserts.

    The hotel is nice ,excellent location ,very near to business area and festival mall .Staff are friendly and helpful,always smiling .I have two remarks , a/c is very strong and pillows are stiff . Apart from that the hotel in really excellent.
