    Do not go here!!!

    rating13 Mar 2026

The pool wasn’t open despite me asking awhile before if it was going to be open and neither was the rooftop cafe. They are advertising things that have not been open for a long time. There is no WiFi even though they advertise it. I am a solo travel and didn’t feel comfortable going outside on my own because of the location of the hotel so if I wasn’t on an excursion I was stuck in my room. There was no cups or tea/coffee provided and had to boil the kettle on the floor. In the restaurant if you are bed and breakfast they charge you for water and it is not a buffet breakfast they just bring a few things out on a plate. The food in the evening was quite nice and if you are lucky and the older guy is working he is nice and polite but everyone else is rude. I know you get what you pay for and I always go as cheap as possible so don’t expect much but this was just ridiculous.

    Horrible, shabby and run down.

    rating09 Feb 2026

This hotel was very poor in that it was trading on its past glory. All the promotion photos are at least 10 yrs out of date. The decor was faded and shabby. The pool area was not accessible and looked extremely dirty . The pool had a piece of rubber or some sort of material lying on the bottom. Not conducive to swimming in it. There was one shabby dirty plastic chair by the pool. In the reception there was a banner showing photographs of the pool area with lovely deck chairs and recliners. Nothing like the reality we found. There was supposed to be a panorama bar with lovely views towards the Nile however this was not open. When asked in reception about access it was supposed to be open at 5pm but never was.The hotel room has sliding wardrobe doors but one of them was not on its rail, so was very difficult to move. The light fitting was hanging by the electrical wires from the ceiling and not actually attached to the ceiling properly. The basin tap was loose in that it swivelled round, The towel rail was falling off the wall. The shower head fell off its mount when it was used. The breakfast was very basic, no water or fruit available and the coffee was instant with powdered milk and served with a plastic spoon. The wifi was very difficult to access in the hotel so booking tickets and taxis for trips was difficult. At one point I had to hotspot with a member of staff to access the internet. On reflection this hotel is not worthy of a 3 star rating. The photos in the advert do not reflect reality. I would not recommend to stay here, it was horrible!

    Dont have any expectations!

    rating06 Dec 2025

The hygiene level of the hotel is more or less in the standards of the country.Broken glasses in our room that got cleaned on day 4th.WiFi supposed to be provided but not wifing.Rooms are big with comfo beds but broken furnitures, sink, windows, door and on top of that a moldy and dirty bathtub?!You can basically hear every noise through your windows. The atmosphere there is 80-20..The most of the staff were unprofessional but willing to help you for a small amount of a tip. Grooms are the only ones that seems to care honestly.Reception team,no sure if they should work in hospitality like the young lady for example that constantly seems to be busy to pick up the phone when is not even ringing was something that i should mention and in general doesn't feel like they actually communicate with the house keeping. In 7 days our room got cleaned once, they told as to put the sing for cleaning but when we did they flipped it to do not disturb! Funny thing we took the matter in our own hand ,find the towels, soaps and toilet paper from a request in the reception that took arround 40mins to gather everything, but the day after was that one time cleaning, the maid took the paper rolls with her when she left.Breakfast is no around my taste and even empty the most of the time or cold but if you ask the staff they will provide it to u.We were not arround the hotel most of the time anyways but when we were it was a hiding treasure game to find the basics. The location is good tho, close to the giza pyramids, embassies and many stores.Cross the main road and u will find delicious restaurants, or just a place to chill for a coffee.Feels like a safe area to us and we even witnessed the staff taking pics of our transfers plate number for our safety! As about the value,I will just say we feel scammed. That can't be a 3*.

    7 days family trip

Yes is poor hotel , no wifi no clean facilities. It's you pay what you got . Staff was ok and polite but like they don't know what they doing. Very small problems who can fixed easy and fast they took 1 2 hours or maybe never to do it . I am not blame them cause they work in 3 star hotel (actually 2 star is generously rating by me ) .Positive : close to Cairo, good people , good bed.Negative : destroyed rooms and facilities, destroyed bathrooms, no really good breakfast ( everything is cold and empty most of the times) I dont know how to explain better but owners must keep some attention to this hotel .
