Location

The hotel is located on the banks of the river Nile, in the historical quarter of the Garden City, which is dotted with colonial villas, and splendid palaces and gardens, neighbouring the embassy quarter and close to the business areas of Maadi and Mohandseen, offering premium safety and security. It is also a short and pleasant walk away from the Egyptian Museum and the Cairo Opera House. Cairo International Airport is approximately 25 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 191 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Staying in the hotel was a truly an exceptional experience. Breakfast was a real feast! We were so well taken care of, the hotel is clean, well maintained, all the staff is kind and very competent.I would love to mention particularly Mr Ragab in the executive lounge- he was amazing! That was the best service we have ever experienced in any hotel. He was so kind, attentive and took care of every single thing, nothing was impossible for him. Thank you once more Ragab! Additionally, I want to mention also Ms Aya who we met at the reception. She took care of any request we have with such profesionalizm and speed that we were truly impressed. Top quality service. Thank you again Aya. Also, Mr Mohammed who cleaned our making it spotless and bringing us joy whenever we saw him. Overall, one of the best hotel me and my family stayed in.     Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Nice rooms and nice breakfast in the morning. I made use of the spa and had a very relaxing time. The location is great.
