546 rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room.     This hotel is closed! Why is that not on the website? The location is a huge construction zone! A nearby hotel concierge told me they have been closed for several years now! Trip Advisor take notice and remove them from the listings! Very misleading!

    I made a review before (Coming for a vacation from USA , Me & my family have reserved two rooms for two nights what happened is that they gave us room smelled like urine and we have called service desk to complain about the smell they sent housekeeping and nothing changed ,we called again for 3 times smell is the same !!!!!!- second : when I was checking in , The service desk representative have advice since we don't know how long we will stay for to do a pre authorize my credit card so I will not have to swipe it more than once if we went to stay longer than one night, Next morning we had a paper telling us we should leave !!!We called service desk and different person said that the pre authorization doesn't have to do with staying longer which t the check out that was total different info and they ask us if we want to stay !! Really ????we have packed our staff being so mad at the whole situation .Had to pay for a nasty room !! plus got kicked out for no reason .Very first time and very lastI need to make a complain and since that time can't get in touch with no one to complain.My next action is to file a claim and sue the hotel .) No action was taken unfortunately I need to have someone to talk to about this !!

    Me and my friend visited Cairo a few weeks ago and we stayed in this amazing place in walking distance to the pyramids. We booked a room with city view but on arrival we got upgraded to the pyramid view room with balcony and it was spectacular. But above this what made our stay more enjoyable is the friendliness and kindness of the hotel staff. Special thanks to the lovely and always happy Hesham and his team who always made us feel like home and took very good care of us! Was a really nice and memorable holiday!:)

    We actually stayed here in January 2020. All of the rooms have a pyramid view.The rooms were clean and the breakfast was splendid with a view of the pyramids.There was a wedding during one of the nights with a celebration in the lobby. A niceplace to visit is the Mena House, where you can turn left out of the hotel and walk about a third of the mile and cross the street. Excellent upscale Indian restaurant.
