I booked a 4-night stay. I arrived after midnight and was shocked to find the room extremely dirty and unacceptable. Due to the level of uncleanliness, I could not stay there.I requested to cancel the booking and even suggested paying for one night only instead of the full four nights, as a reasonable compromise. Unfortunately, the management refused.I was given only two unacceptable options: either wait a few hours until morning and then leave while still being charged for the full stay, or continue the entire stay despite the filthy conditions.This response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Cleanliness is the most basic standard of hospitality, and the way this situation was handled was very disappointing.

Super service and customer care from all the staff. The River Nile view rooms are wonderful and excellent value for money.Good location for exploring Cairo. I visited the new Grand Egyptian Museum near the Pyramids of Giza and it was 20 minutes by taxi. Just the Grand Hall and Staircase open so far but well worth a visit.If arriving by Go Bus, a short taxi ride from Tahrir station.Plenty of restaurants around with Nile views.

Such a cute little hotel, on the water with beautiful view of the city. The lady at reception called “Dream” was such a gem. Friendly , sassy and super helpful. By far one of the best hosting experiences we had during our Egypt trip. Fluent in English and a total gem. Advising on areas to visit , called an uber for us to the market and back to airpirt! “don’t take taxi , they overcharge the foreigners”! Great advice ! Rooms were very clean and great after our long hours trip from Aswan. Thankyou Dream and Nile boutique team!

The worst hostel we have ever stayedAll staff had no Idea about anythingWe complained ten times about some maintenance in our room and no one caredNo workers there to do anythingThe manager cared to steal your money and after that kick you out like homelessTerrible breakfast , terrible workers ,All the staff are two or three persons in the place They seemed to be brought from the street Like the manager Avoid it perfectly if you need to enjoy in Egypt .

Attention to reservations at this hotel. On trips booked through travel agencies, if the checkin is not made within the aforementioned deadlines, they occupy the rooms with other clients. We arrived at 03:00 in the morning, and slept at the reception in horrible conditions. The reservation supposedly made by the agency for the next day was simply canceled and we had to look for another hotel.A horrible experience that we dont reccomend to anyone.
