    Good hotel with a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was very good.     Great Location and a Comfortable Stay in Cairo

    Very pleasant stay in Cairo with an excellent location. The hotel is perfectly placed to explore the city while still offering a relaxing atmosphere after long and busy days visiting the incredible sights of Cairo.The staff were always kind, attentive and genuinely working hard to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed.We also really appreciated that the hotel offers Starbucks drinks, which was a nice touch for coffee lovers like us.The swimming pool is not very large, but it is absolutely enough to relax and recover after tiring days exploring the city.The only point we believe could be improved is the breakfast, which could have a bit more variety and options.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.     Great stay, but soundproofing needs improvement

    Stayed with some friends in two river view rooms. The rooms are big and clean, the view is indeed incredible. Only downside is soundproofing (or lack thereof), since non-stop traffic noise and music from the nearby disco-boat can be well heard even from the sixth floor. Bring earplugs if you are light sleepers, also because the A/C system is a bit noisy.Service is a bit slow especially if you need to leave or collect your luggage on the day of departure.Breakfast buffet is delicious and there's plenty of local specialties to choose from.I'd love to go back.     An exceptional stay at Novotel El Borj El Zamalek!Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional — a special thanks to Mhamed, Ramadhan, and the entire team without exception for their warm welcome and constant support.The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, truly impressive. The pool area is also very pleasant and easy to access — perfect for relaxing.The breakfast was simply amazing: a wide variety of options for all tastes — sweet, savory, European, and Egyptian dishes. Even on our departure day, with a very early flight at 5:30 AM, they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast box for us — such a great touch!Another highlight was the check-in. Although it’s normally at 2 PM, we arrived at noon and were given our room immediately, which was much appreciated after traveling.The hotel really thinks of everything, down to the smallest details to meet guests’ needs — even a currency exchange machine available with very reasonable rates.Finally, the location is perfect: close to the museum, the Opera, the corniche, and many restaurants.I highly recommend this hotel!
