  Amazing Staff and Pyramid Views

  The staff at Panorama View Pyramids are so incredibly kind! Every time my friend and I entered the hotel, they greeted us with smiles, offered us a complimentary juice, and asked if they could help with anything. They were so attentive and made us feel so supported.My friend and I stayed in a room with two twin-sized beds and it was very clean and came stocked with water bottles, towels, and other refreshments. It also has outlets that are compatible with American and European chargers!The hotel includes a complimentary breakfast (and lots of complimentary juices) which are all very delicious! What's even better is the view you get while eating them... you have such a clear view of the pyramids from the rooftop, it's so surreal to see them in the distance! And to get to the pyramids from the hotel is so easy, it's only a short walk away.I would definitely stay at this hotel again... and again, thank you to the amazing staff for being so incredible!!

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel facing the pyramids. I had already stayed at this hotel before, and this was my second time here. Once again, everything was perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and in the evening. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for visiting the pyramids. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

  Wonderful hotel with amazing staff.

  When I see some of the negative reviews here, I wonder if they stayed at a different hotel. For us, this hotel was an amazing experience.The location is absolutely outstanding. The view was incredible. Sitting in front of the Sphinx and Great Pyramids enjoying a drink at sunset was -- unforgettable. It's literally right in front of it. When our Giza tour was over, we finished at the Sphinx and walked just a few minutes to the front door of this hotel. Our driver didn't even need to take us anywhere.The staff was incredibly attentive. From all the hotels we stayed at in Egypt, they were the best. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop patio after our day tour (about 5 hours) and they would come around every 5 minutes to ask if we needed anything. They brought us delicious free cake (and then brought more, and then brought us more!), they allowed us to drink our own beer there (they don't serve alcohol, but there is a Drinkies nearby (an easy 50EGP round trip by tuk tuk)), and the dinner we ate there was excellent. We had the Egyptian koshary and 1 meal was big enough for 2 of us. They do add taxes to the meal if eating in the restaurant (that's Egyptian law), and a service fee if eating there, but both are clearly indicated on the menu.The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. The last time that I can remember taking a photo of my food was in 2009, but this breakfast was so amazing I had to photograph it. They offered European continental or Egyptian. We took Egyptian... because we're in Egypt. We only ordered for 1 person because they bring so much, and you literally couldn't fit another dish on that table. There's was such a variety and quantity of delicious food, I couldn't believe it. DEFINITELY the best we've ever had at this price point for a hotel... and it was included for free in the cost of our room!The room was small but very quiet and clean, and the bed was very comfortable with fresh linens. They provided a bunch of snacks in the room like biscuits, chips, water, and pop, and said if we need anything more, we simply had to ask.The front desk staff are very friendly. Check out was easy and done in less than 3 minutes, and they even gave us some parting souvenir gifts. So kind and generous.If we ever go back to Giza, we'll go back here in a heartbeat. We're still talking about this amazing 1 night experience.

  5 out of 5. Last time in Egypt we stayed downtown and this time we were so glad to stay in Giza and at this hotel with a wonderful view of the pyramids. The breakfast was 11 out of 10 with Hassans service made it more fantastic.They will help arrange your tours with a guide, who we highly recommend Dr Latif as your tour guide with a 10/10 experience.3 nights didn’t seem long enough.All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
