  Avoid at All Costs – This Place is a Scam!

  This hotel is an absolute fraud. Do NOT stay here. I booked through Booking.com and arrived late at night after a long and exhausting workday, only to be greeted with deception. They asked for my booking confirmation email and stole my PIN right in front of me. While talking to me, they sneakily changed the rate, increasing it by over 40%, and told me to "check the PDF in your email." Confused and tired, I checked and saw a modified price, so I assumed I made a mistake and paid.The next day, after reviewing my full email trail, I realized they had edited my reservation details after I arrived to cover their tracks. But it gets worse – they used the stolen PIN to post a fake positive review under my name!The room itself was disgusting. Nothing like the photos. The bed was dirty, the sheets were clearly not clean, and everything just felt grimy. And don't get me started on the breakfast – it looked (and smelled) like it had already been eaten by someone else. Revolting.This place should be investigated. Total scam operation.   FRAUD ALERT !!

  Booked this hotel on Booking.com (as I confused it with Pyramid View Inn, my mistake). They communicated well over messages and then sent a car for pick up to the airport as was agreed. My family (my wife, 9yr old daughter and me) reached the hotel location at 8:30 in the night and to our surprise the car took us to a location which was not the same as showing ok Google maps...some 1KM away. When we protested, they said the hotel is actually booked out for an Arab group and they are putting us up in an equally good hotel...the "equally good hotel" was an incomplete building two rows behind the pyramid view hotel we had actually booked. Then they tried all kinds of trick to make us pay an stay. When we completely refused they took us to another hotel and made us stay there (Pyramid View Inn) ...at the other hotel this guy insisted that we pay for 3 nights (our original stay length) and do it in cash (so he can take his cut and walk away). We were also not happy with room there but settled for what was available given that we had been flying all day and it was night and we felt the street a bit unsafe to be moving around with all our luggage and daughter at that time. Overall a terrible experience first up in Cairo...completely spoiled our first impressions of the country and city. Thankfully the rest of the experience in Cairo did a lot to make up for this disaster.

  SCAM HOTEL stole my money

  I went to the address listed. There is NO HOTEL THERE. I called the number listed, it does not work. I called Booking to complain,and later the hotel called me saying they have a different address than what is listed. I told them this is a scam and I need a refund. They said ok, but never issued a refund. AVOID THIS HOTEL, THEY ARE A SCAM

  The hotel is located a very central and yet quiet area, about 4 minutes walk from the main entrantce to the Pyrramids.Oustanding the welcome by the owner, with a welcome drink offered with warmness and frienship.. He was available for any help with cheerful smile, whenever I needed support as a tourist.Clean room and bathroom, perfect quality to price ratio, I will certainly return, on my next trip to Giza. It is highly recommended for these who give location, comfort and price highest priority. Well done!
