  Four Points by Sheraton Bogotá Review After some time away, I returned to this property and was reminded why it’s such a standout. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and kept spotless thanks to the attentive housekeeping team. The restaurant and front office staff deliver the same high standard of service, making the entire stay feel effortless and welcoming.I booked my stay using Marriott points gifted by my brother, and it was an excellent choice.   Avoid if looking to use Lounge or Restaurant

  It pains me to write negatively about this hotel that has become my regular ok Bogota but I’d avoid it right now. I stay here because the rooms are fine, staff are great and, as a platinum member ,I get to use the lounge after work meaning I don’t need to walk around outside when it’s dark. This area is fine daytime but it’s off the main roads and I wouldn’t feel safe walking alone after dark. There was also a good bar / restaurant menu if you didn’t want the lounge food. Sadly they have closed to lounge for renovation - and don’t tell you when you book - and have made no arrangement for lounge services to be provided in the bar. They’ve also slashed the bar / restaurant menu leaving very limited choices. I’m here for 4 nights and tried to change to another Marriot but none are available. If coming for work and relying on being able to relax or work in the hotel in the evening, I would book elsewhere until they finish the reconstruction and bring back proper menu.   Awesome hotel for a business visit to Bogota

  This is a great business hotel in a good area. The staff were excellent and the morning breakfast offered a range of diverse options. The pool was closed on our visit and the executive lounge was relatively simple. Ie no fancy foods or things, just coffee and tea.The hotel was attentive and willing to organize activities and support us with our trip. I would choose this hotel for a business trip. I would recommend staying around 63-73 as a zone with more restaurants if you are on a vacation. This is entirely a location thing, business trip - perfect, leisure trip, it is not in the top location.   Ariel’s efficient service

  Used hotel transport service for reaching the hotel from airport and was efficient and friendly. Have been interacting with Ariel Buitrago, customer service. He is efficient and very courteous in his approach in handling our requests. Had a minor issue while checking in, though he stays in another office he came to this immediately and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. He helps keep the standard of Marriott reputation.
