    I recently stayed at the Royal Marshal Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, especially for those needing easy access to different parts of Cairo.The room was clean and comfortable, with good housekeeping service throughout my stay. The staff were polite and helpful, always willing to assist when needed, which made the stay more enjoyable. Special thanks for Restaurant team:Mahmoud Abdel Ghany - Night Shift ManagerMohamed Samir, Belal, Bedour and Shrouk. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay at a reasonable value, and I would consider staying there again.Thank you.

    Good Staff and a Friendly atmosphere…

    My room was basic and tired, but I think it was clean. Everything worked, and breakfast was a minimal buffet.However, I had long wait at the hotel before my taxi to the airport, and I found the reception and restaurant area full of interesting folk, great staff and a well cooked lunch.

    Old fashioned but clean, pretty close to the airport, has friendly staff and simple aged but clean rooms. Noisy because of traffic since early hours, do not recommend it for long stays. Nice curtains blocking the sun light in the morning. Breakfast included, hot meals are available too.

    a very nice hotel with an easy accessible location for a moderate price for Cairo, my room was perfect with nice decorations and a good view, bathroom was very good too. The staff are really helpful, the area around is rather quiet but safe. Breakfast is included and it was really nice

    We were visiting Cairo for a family wedding/sightseeing and used this hotel as a base for 8 nights. The room was comfortable enough and breakfast was good. Only 1 bath and 1 hand towels were provided for two people. Despite asking on numerous occasions for additional towels there appeared to be no communication between reception and housekeeping. We experienced one day without any water and another without hot water. When we complained to the manager upon checking out, head of housekeeping was called and spoke to us rudely. The manager said the hotel would give us a small refund for our inconvenience but we were charged the full amount when the currency was converted.This hotel would probably be okay if you were staying 1-2 nights.Please be aware don’t use the taxi recommended by the hotel as on the wedding day the taxi driver took us the wrong way and we had to direct him with google maps.
