  A hotel that cares about people

  I was not a guest of the hotel, that is why this review is so special. For those who value places that care, this should be noted. I was victim of a pickpocket as I boarded a train to Germany. As usual, after taking the credit/debit cards and cash, my wallet was dumped. Someone found it in front of this hotel and turned it into the desk. My driver's license and German residence card were still inside. Though I was not a guest they took it upon themselves to mail it to my home in Germany. The next time I'm in Strasbourg, Hotel l'Grillon will be the first I check for a reservation.

  My annual 2 night visit to Strasbourg and stay at this wonderful hotel The lady’s on reception are just outstanding My room was spotless nice bed and bathroom good.I did no have breakfast so I can not commentI have book for next year as it’s so nice

  A simple review because we are in a rush to move on to Switzerland and I would probably forget.Value for money 5.Location 5.Hotel amenities 4.9 ( would have liked a safe).Room 5.Cleanliness 5Staff 5 plusBar 5Breakfast 5 plus.Would definitely stay again.

  Good location if you go to Strasbourg by train. The hotel was clean and the staff at the reception very polite and helpful. They spoke good English and answered any question we had. The room was small and there was not enough space for clothes. We also missed a safe in the room.

  A little gem in Strasbourg

  This hotel is a little gem in Strasbourg 5 minutes walk from the station.With very nice rooms spotless cleaned each day. And with tea and coffee.and small but very nice bathroomBreakfast is an all you can eat buffet for 11 euros that seta you up for the day .I must sat the lady’s and gentlemen on reception are outstanding they help with all the guests questionsI would like to say a thank you to Isabel.
