  Great hotel but not a tourist hotel

  Last minute reservations were made at the hotel. It was our first time to this area as tourists. We were driving to Pamakule and got the incorrect impression from Expedia that the hotel is minutes from Pamakule and great choice for tourists. Unfortunately, it is not and next day it took us around 45 minutes to get to Pamakule. Pros: business hotel with a comfortable and great room, breakfast, customer service and comfortable accommodations. Room was well equipped and comes with in room coffee, safe, good size and clean bathroom along with two bottles of water. I had best sleep in that bed. Great customer service from the person who takes care of guests upon arrival and takes you to your room but average from reception. Free covered parking. Cons: hotel does not have a restaurant and we were too tired to venture out although it was only 7 or 8 pm, the area looked deserted. There was a lot of traffic but t was hard to get to the hotel using google directions. Luckily we had some snacks to munch so we survived. Hotel is in a commercial looking area so was quite dark outside and it was raining so we couldn’t find places to eat. It is far from the tourist attractions and hotel staff had no tours, brochures or information to help us next day as they deal with business people per them. Room was very hot so we can only sleep with heating off and windows open with my handy travel fan. I do not recommend for fun but great if you have business in the area.   Clean and tidy place, good for families who wish to visit Pamukkale, suitable price compared to the value and service offered. Stuff are so friendly and helpful, location so easy to reach and central to visit most of the city attractions.   Such a grand hotel. it could be great if it could keep some standards high... repairs and cleanliness otherwise a god hotel in the area.I would recommend it for far away weddings.. soo much space.I loved the bar service!!   Nice rooms, good service.

  The rooms of the hotels are very nice, and the wifi works amazingly well (best in Turkey for us so far). Location is questionable, but relatively close to the mall (forum camlik). The manager has a fair grasp of English, but the other staff not so much. Baris, a staff in the hotel, was extremely friendly and rushed out to open the door of the cab for us whenever we arrived at the hotel. Great service!   I think it is good Hotel to choose in mid city. Simple hotel and manager is really humble person to deal. Otogar is near almost .3 km. Rail Station is also nearby and shopping mall too. Food is not good but breakfast has many options to take.
