Location

The hotel is situated directly on the banks of the River Nile, in the centre of the Egyptian metropolis of Cairo. Countless shops and entertainment venues are a short walk away.

Facility

617 rooms and 52 suites are located on 24 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided.     Located on the banks of the Nile River, the hotel offers a wonderful setting. We chose the Privilege Club and thoroughly enjoyed its warm and cozy atmosphere. The room was peaceful and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river from the balcony.Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast at Club Millésime while admiring the splendid view of the Nile. Ahmed took exceptional care of us throughout our stay.     Every thing was amazing The stuff, the rooms & the services Except the general environment of the hotel is not for a family or children Smoking & alcohol are served in the Lobby which make it uncomfortable place specially at night!!!     The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality in every aspect.The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options, all fresh and beautifully presented. The restaurants within the hotel are fantastic, offering delicious food, great service. A special mention goes to Mazen and to the concierge team , who were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always available to help.Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and cared for with great attention to detail as the outdoor spaces, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay.This hotel truly delivers excellence in every area.
