Rooms

    I had a fantastic experience at Staybridge Suites Cairo City Stars. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, with spacious, modern suites that made my stay very relaxing. The location inside City Stars Mall is a huge advantage, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service, especially from Mr. Bahey.     I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and appreciated the professionalism and kindness of most of the staff. In particular, the door security on the day of my check-out was very helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, I experienced an issue with the night manager fady during check-out. His behavior was impolite, dismissive, and unprofessional, and he did not provide any assistance regarding transportation to the airport. This experience did not reflect the hospitality standards expected from a management-level employee and negatively impacted an otherwise pleasant stay.
