    The St. Regis is a fantastic hotel - the location is very nice right along the Nile and the hotel is beautiful. Great buffet breakfast too. The staff are top-notch and are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in downtown Cairo.If you have status with Bonvoy, they really take good care of you. We had a really nice room upgrade.     Far Above Expectation

    I cannot say enough nice things about our 5 night stay at the St Regis. It started at check in. I had reserved three rooms for me and my 2 adult children. When I checked in they asked me if I would like a three bedroom apartment instead... It included a living room , dining room and full kitchen. I expected they would want to charge me more...I hesitated a moment.... until they told me it would cost no more. It was a deal no one could refuse. It faced the Nile in many rooms and each bedroom had their own bathroom. It is true I am Bonvoy member for 40 + years, but this was more than even I could have anticipated.The down stairs lobby and bar are of excptionalin design. It includes a huge pool!!!!!!On Mother"s Day I was treated ,at the manager's invitation, to some wonderful music by the piano player. It made for a special evening. One suggestion : The refridgerator in the kitchen should be set up like the refridgerators in the hotel rooms. It was done upon my request.The staff really tries to make you feel at home. While Egypt is less expensive than many countries , the hotel stay could only be considered very reasonably priced.Next time I will bring the grand children!!!!!!!!!!.     The St. Regis Cairo continues to exceed our expectations every time we visit Egypt. My family and I have stayed here multiple times over the years, and it has genuinely become our home whenever we are in Cairo. We truly do not stay anywhere else.The level of hospitality, professionalism, and personalized attention consistently provided by the team is exceptional.     Brilliant 2 night stay - phenomenal service staff and good food

    Absolutely phenomenal experience at the St Regis Cairo. I am hard pressed to find anything negative - with the tiny, tiny exception that the rooms do feel a touch dated, but please don't use this as an excuse to not stay here if you can. The hotel staff will go out of their way to please you. They are polite, courteous, and add small touches like remembering your coffee order / customizing breakfast for you depending on what you like etc. Shoutout to some specific members of staff - Hatem El Zahar, Salah Rasmy and Khaled Essam; and this is only because these are the names I remember, every single person apart from them also was incredible. Keep up the good work guys, you have ensured that I will never look for another hotel in Cairo again!
