    i would like to highlight some issues that faced me and my colleague during our accommodation in the hotel room first the room hygiene is so poor and bed covers and sheets were awful and when i ordered a meal for lunch the quality of the food was so bad also there was something wrong in the air conditioner They don’t take care of the facilities and the room services that they offer . There is no safety in the whole rooms and fire alarm and fire extinguisher weren’t working as one of the rooms caught fire. Regarding the fire: A minor incident was reported and the situation was dealt with immediately, thank God, without any injuries or damage.     Avoid poor care and just after your money!!

    AVOID this place very poor compassion and care. We went for a days use and paid for myself and three children. It was very windy as soon as we arrived the clouds came and it started raining heavy! We asked if we could use the hotel pool tomorrow instead as we were only there for an hour but they said we would have to pay again! We hadn’t used the facilities and our last day was tomorrow so only asked for an hour or two use of the pool tomorrow as was unable to today but they would not let us. Money wasted. Will never return and advise others to avoid. Just glad we hadn’t stayed here!     It has same level as most of TOLIP chain of hotels, where everything is just okay and satisfactory for business and short stays. Gym, pool, buffet, free Wifi, and free parking are available. The furnishing style is relatively old or classic.

    Very bad quality lunch food. Very bad experience with receptionist. Noisy chiller Sound. It wasn't my first resident, but it will be the last visit.     Even though I reserved a junior suite, the room was old, bed is not comfy at all, makes sounds, pillows are not of good quality. For Egypt these should be great cotton and comfort. The service is fine but not as expected. I had a smoke complain which no one replied to, and the third night there was paint smell all day and night.
