This unique family-friendly resort is situated in the heart of Hurghada, a city that warms heart with its beautiful sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and year long sunshine. Facility

Guests have a choice of 756 rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A minibar is provided. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A telephone, satellite television, an alarm clock and WiFi (for a fee) ensure optimal comfort. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. A hot tub can soothe sore muscles (for a fee). The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and crazy golf. With snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, banana boat rides and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments, are offered for a fee. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 4 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for breakfast). Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Ali baba hotel is massive & very clean. Rooms are well maintained & modern. The food quality is very good and has lots of options to choose from which is good for picky eaters. The entertainment crew have been great & Kenzie & Beth have been extremely helpful throughout our 2 week trip.

    you feel so welcome here,great athmospereto meet a lot of nice people.good food,drinks ,beach and pool,bowling,even ice skating.enough bars and restaurants.a lovely staff.and with the black bracelet,a lot of nice benefits.all i ca say is we will go back in december.thank you guys as allways it was very NICE.ALL I CAN SAY IS,WE WILL BE BACK IN DECEMBER,AND BE A PART OF THE ALI BABA FAMILY

    Excellent service, good food and friendly staff.daily entertainment and a nice pool. Private beach with reef. The food is varied with lots of choice.The rooms are clean with good beds and kept clean.

    The Hotel is pretty simple, so don't expect too much. The rooms are quite big and clean. The price is really good, i paid 23€ per night alone in a double room, including breakfast and dinner, which is also simple, but good!Ideal for kitesurfers or divers which are only in the hotel from dinner till breakfast.

    The food is great, that's the only good thing about the hotel. Quality vs price is ok. The staf is ok. The manager Antar Shahat is bold and ignorant and has no manners. He wants to impose his Muslim opinion on other "so called" Muslim guests. The Coran is on the radio all the time! So better to turn the place into a Mosquet :) but still the food was delicious and he birds are nice. Nice view on the desert and the restaurant on the rooftop is nice .
