Location

The hotel is located in Hurghada at a carefully selected spot, nestled among the majestic harmony of nature. The crystal clear water of the Red Sea crowned with the unique golden beach is a paradise to enjoy. The hotel is also within walking distance to Hurghada touristic promenade, just a short drive from downtown Hurghada and only 10 minutes from Hurghada International Airport.

Facility

The resort has 230 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. There is also a safe and, for a fee, a minibar. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 3 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, bocce and beach volleyball are available. Water sports offered include water skiing, and diving is available for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including table tennis, billiards, darts and table football. There is a wellness area with a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 3 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    This hotel is amazing....All the staff are so hopefully...with an excellent customer service...Great location and as only a small hotel ,ticks all the right boxes.Plenty of choice for food,and would highly recommend this hotel.This was our 4th visit in January....and have already booked for January 2027....our 5th visit back to what is now our second home...Keep up the work...     Well as this was our 7th time at this hotel ,it certainly didn't disappoint yet again.Absolutely amazing hotel ,the staff here are at the centre of it,restaurant,cleaners,management ect,always smiling 😃 and extremely helpful,and Jaz you should be very proud of them all ,to numerous to mention but Hazem at the pool bar went above and beyond and made our stay the best .Sarah from entertainment always found time to stop and chat.And yes we will be back our 2nd home soon.     Myself and my husband visited Iberotel Casa Del Mar for 2 weeks in April and had an amazing holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the grounds are beautiful. What can I say about the staff, every one of them are so caring and can't do enough for you, special mention to Essam and Mohamed in the a la carte/snack restaurant who made us feel like royalty even when they were extremely busy and the chefs there who made the most amazing food. The international animation team, Tiger, Ryco and Sarah who all work so hard and still speak even if you don't take part in the activities, they are the best. Our housekeeper for room 2128 who kept our room spotlessly clean and made the most fabulous towel art. The bar staff are all amazing, service with a smile and cheeky grin, too many to mention but your are all great. Our favourite pool bar man Hazem who looked after us everyday, a true gentleman. Can't forget wonderful reception manager Mahmoud who couldn't do enough for us.We will be back and would recommend this hotel to everyone.     Absolutely amazing hotel, we’ve been Egypt over 20 times and this is definitely one we would go back to, it’s very clean and your looked after very well, management team come around everyday to make sure your happy with everything, tiger from animation was helpful and very friendly, ibraham from the pool bar was such a kind lovely man, looked after us everyday, only reason I didn’t give 5star was because theres only 1 à la carte restaurant which is outside and usually you would have at least 3 to visit, the food was good though in buffet restaurant, over all very nice hotel and we will hopefully be returning in September October time! Thank you Iberotel casa del mar!!! Oh one last thing, the beds are soooo comfy!!!
