    Wonderful, Peaceful and a joy to be there!

    The place was wonderful. Quiet peaceful and far enough away from the main goings-on. I was a solo traveller and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Right the way from Ahmed Fawzy who cleaned my room every day, beautifully, to the restaurant staff, and then Ahmed Ammar who organised my trip to the Pyramids and Sphinx. All together a wonderful place, and I always felt safe and protected. I hope the cat is being fed well. I fed her during my stay. Many thanks to all concerned. I shall definitely return.My first trip to Egypt, but definitely not to be my last!!!!     Hidden Gem Near the Airport – Amazing Stay at Jaz Neo Ivory

    I had an excellent stay at Jaz Neo Ivory Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.The hotel has a perfect location in the city center, yet it is very quiet and relaxing, which makes it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. It is also very close to the airport, and the hotel conveniently offers airport transfer service through the reception desk.Everything you need is nearby. Within less than 5 minutes walking, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and other services.The hotel facilities are very good. There are two swimming pools, including one dedicated for children, which makes it great for families. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and fresh options.What truly makes this hotel special is the professional and friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs.The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the housekeeping team maintains them at a high standard.I would like to give a special thank you to the Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Ahmed Fawzy, for his outstanding attention and care during our stay.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely return again on our next visit.     Once again a perfect stay

    We are at the end of another one-month stay at Ivory Suites. As usual we have been very comfortable, very well looked after by the staff and very impressed with the efficiency and cleanliness of this hotel. We have had no complaints. We like the peaceful garden, the generous size of the accommodation, the location (close to airport, shops and transport). At breakfast there is a wide-ranging, wholesome buffet, and linen napkins. We recommend it if you want a good standard, small hotel without noisy entertainment or the annoyance of mass tourism. To suit the independent traveller, it is conveniently on a bus/ taxi route to/ from the town centre, not like most tourist hotels which are a long way out.     A great hotel close to the airport. Clean massive rooms. More like a small apartment with 3 beds. It had 2 balconies, 1 in each room. A good swimming pool. Breakfast was a buffet. And a chef made gorgeous Spanish omelette. But what makes this place stand above all other hotels is the staff. They help with everything and have good English. Nothing is a problem. And I bought a few problems as I lost my passport at the airport. . Ahmed Ammar the guy behind the reception desk fixed a few and give advice that got me a new passport as quickly as possible. Thank you Ahmed. And the night duty reception man and myself got a few laughs taking photos for new passport.
