Location

The resort boosts a peaceful sanctuary for tranquil escapes with sweeping uninterrupted views to the dazzling Red Sea at every corner. Located 26 km (30 min) from Hurghada Centre and 21 km (27 min) from Hurghada International Airport, this resort features a distinctive location.

Facility

The resort has a lifts and features 252 non-smoking rooms, including 220 double rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning (no extra charge). A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a whirlpool bath and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

Sport

Guests can leisurely swim a few laps in one of 2 heated freshwater pools of the outdoor area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles (for a fee), and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 6 air-conditioned buffet and à-la-carte restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request.

    Arrived to a lovely warm welcome from reception. Room was beautiful no view though looked onto another hotel. Enjoyed all the food especially the gala night, the themes do need advertised more as had no clue what was on. Beach area is great, plenty of beds and a bar, snack food is served at the snack bar back across the road, waiter comes around regularly for drinks order. Pool area is well looked after and clean. Visited the Asian and Italian restaurant so much food! Really enjoyed our stay here, the staff really are amazing. Shout out to , Mohamed, Denise, and Agnes in main restaurant who looked after us really well drinks were brought as soon as we sat down, Faruk the omelette chef, great guy. Hakim, life guard who kept the pool area immaculate with great chat Amir who kept us hydrated all day, nothing was too much trouble and greatly appreciated. This hotel is great but the staff make it stand out.     The hotel is beautiful in a wonderful location. I love walking around Sahl Hashees. The hotel is fully equipped. All the staff are attentive, helpful and not intrusive. It was a pleasant surprise that very nice and attentive women from the Philippines work here. The sea is sandy, the beach is long. The underwater life is poorer. The pools are great. The food is above standard, delicious, words cannot describe it. Thematic decoration of dinner every day. We did not try à la carte. I prefer dinner in the beautiful dining room. Room equipment and cleaning 👌🏽. Evening programs, including dancing, were fun. We really enjoyed our vacation and I hope to come back here again.     Another outstanding and relaxing holiday at Kaisol Romance in Hurghada. Every member of staff we met couldn't do enough for us. We stayed around the larger of the two pool areas and Ahmed would bring round drinks, so you where always refreshed in the sun. Mohammed would diligently sort out your towels, kept things tidy and keep the pool crystal clear. Ibrahim kept our room immaculate throughout the stay and always asking if we needed anything. The reception staff were always there if you needed something and the lovely security guy, during the daytime shift would open the doors for and ask if we were ok. The grounds and hotel areas are kept very well and tidy and the beach area is just as clean and tidy( a tip the hotel next door could do with learning from!).The food...my word the food, don't expect to loose any weight as the food is fantastic in terms of quality and quantity, all severed with drinks as you wish. This is an adult only hotel, it is not a party adult hotel but it is a peaceful relaxing hotel of a high standard. The hotel is not part of chain and naturally rely upon repeat customers and will have to fight against the search engines favouring bigger chains but here you really do get treated like an individual.There is numerous A La Cartes all included, separate private beach area.The hotel is a different design split over two areas but they maximise the use of space and so it never really feels busy.
