Location

Located right in the heart of Hurghada, this resort lies in a historic area. Hurghada (HRG) Airport is located about 8 km away.

Facility

258 rooms and 23 suites are available to guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. Further services include a 24-hour security service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. A fax machine is on hand for guests' business and communication needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered a selection of towels. 23 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

On hot days, guests can go for a refreshing swim in one of 2 pools. There is also a special swimming area for little ones. Pure relaxation in the hot tub (for a fee), fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers fishing. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, table tennis and aerobics. The resort offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy dining in the cosy atmosphere of the 2 restaurants (a buffet and à la carte available). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. House favourite brands are available.

    Hello friends) We are currently staying in this particular hotel, and I want to write a few pleasant words about this hotel. The location is in the very center of Hurghada on Sheraton Street, but at the same time there is no noise on the territory of the hotel! The check-in was quick, we listened to our wishes on the floor, / I have a 70-year-old lady with me/, they put me in a large room, everything is clean, the linen is not killed, the hot water was fine, everything is very decent for this category. The territory is green, clean and beautiful, the beach is beautiful too, the entrance to the sea is beautiful, the beach bar is not limited in drinks, there are coolers and coffee machines, we have never heard a single bad word from the staff! Lunch on the beach is pretty full, we didn't go to the main restaurant. The choice is huge, meat, fish, vegetables, guava fruits, oranges, tangerines, bananas, dates. The bars are open until 12 at night, and there is good animation. Tourists and Russians and Poles and Germans, everything seems to be decent, there are few young people in this period, mostly 50++ , and who needs a break from the hustle and bustle, quietly and decently, I would like to recommend this hotel! We were here 2 years ago, now the service has become much higher! I would like to thank the entire hotel team and management, thank you so much for your hard work! number 12 17 Russi))))).

    No frills, well run hotel, which has everything you need and is very well located. Everyone does their job diligently, all the staff are very hardworking. I especially appreciated Ali at the reception desk, an elegant man, with presence, but very kind and helpful. Thank you to the hotel for the cake offered for my birthday, it was a wonderful surprise! Go to this hotel, we will definitely come back!

    The hotel was actually ok as in rooms, beach and pool but the food, drinks and staff very terrible. Miserable unhelpful and the drinks were undrinkable. Would never return such a shame as its clearly not managed properly. Great location

    Very old room stock. Many problems inside the rooms. The general area is normal, the beach is private and the sun loungers with umbrellas are of the old format. Bed linen and towels have not been changed, probably for several years. The staff is friendly, the cuisine is tolerable, but there are still wishes for improvement of cleanliness. The location is convenient, in accordance with the price/quality there are no special complaints.

    Don’t Go ! Not 4star more like 1Star good location terrible old hotel needs bulldozing. Been to Hurgarda 17 times worst hotel yet. Do t even come here on a budget. Food cold and un eatable Love Egypt but don’t stay here rooms in a shocking state no service in between meals at all no water in room etc
