The resort has a lift and features 474 rooms and 53 suites. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     We weren't expecting to go to a luxury hotel, but these unfinished rooms, not even clean, were a disappointment. The hotel itself would have been perfect, well located, and most of the staff were okay!

    In the room furniture outdated, mold on the walls, in the bathroom the mirror was damaged, the door didn't close, the toilet was yellow, the smell was terrible, the floor not clean. We had an negative experience.

    Terrible experience – I strongly advise others to avoid this place.From the moment you enter the restaurant, it’s clear that the staff has no control over service. No one greets you, asks how many guests you are, or offers to help. You’re just left standing there, feeling invisible.When the buffet runs out of food, I had to personally go over to the chef and let him know — for example, there was no chicken. Later, I found a dessert I actually liked (which is rare, as I don’t usually eat sweets). After I finished my meal and returned for dessert, it was gone. I asked the chef again, and he said he would refill it. I waited 5–10 minutes, standing, while he filled up everything else. Eventually, I sat back down, only for him to come and say: “There’s no more of that dessert.” Why say otherwise if it’s not true?The staff don’t smile or show any sign of hospitality. Their negative attitude affects the whole atmosphere — it brings down the guests too. It truly ruins your day.The massage clinic was also terrible. Three of us went for massages and all of us had severe back pain the next day. We could barely walk. And worst of all: they pressure you to leave positive reviews — it feels forced and dishonest.I booked sauna time — it clearly states they close at 19:30. I arrived at 18:50, and they kicked me out by 19:00. Completely unprofessional.At the pool area, staff doesn’t clean up — if you don’t tidy after yourself, the place turns into a mess. There is no attention to detail and no effort from the team.⸻This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. I give it 1 star, and I absolutely do not recommend it.Do yourself a favor — choose another place.

    We are very pleased with the hotel itself and the conditions on site. Very nice and helpful service - fantastic animation team (seven - ue ue). The room we got was freshly renovated, huge, with a kitchenette and a huge bathroom. Great view of the sea, marina and city. Close to everything - 3 minutes walk to the mosque, 5 to the fish market, 10 to the center. Food ok - but nothing special - different cuisine every day. Animation program every day. Beach and small reef right by the hotel.However, the hotel itself is under renovation - the third part is out of use, some rooms before renovation.90% of tourists are from Russia - it did not bother us - I met a lot of people from different countries (UK, Holland, Poland, Egypt, Finland, Hungary), interesting conversations.
