Location

Situated in a pleasantly quiet, car-free zone, this resort is ideal for business travellers as well as families. It is located approximately 51 km from the centre of Soma Bay.

Facility

The resort has 418 rooms, including 20 suites, 146 single rooms and 242 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services such as a baggage storage service, a cash machine and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Central heating ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Most units have a sea view. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, satellite television, a plug adapter and WiFi. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and à la carte). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board, full board, all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the delicious buffet or order a set menu for dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, organic food, halal food, vegan food and whole, unprocessed foods can be prepared on request. Baby food (on request) provides for little ones' well being. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. International brands and house favourite brands are included in the price.

    Hello!I am writing to you from Romania, I am a client and a lover of your resort.Two weeks ago, I returned for the eighth time from my vacation at Carribean World resort. But this time I was very disappointed with the conditions I experienced, and very dissatisfied. At the reception you have kind staff involved in serving and promptly satisfying customers. But, otherwise, the situation is very disappointing, there is no cleanliness, the facilities in the dining rooms are damaged, unkempt, the tables are not cleaned with any disinfectant, you never have paper napkins on the tables, while at Tortuga you now have birds in the dining area!!The food is much worse than last year, no whole fruit, only fruit cut in water, which I know is dangerousThe staff serving in the central restaurant and at the Tortuga restaurant should have clean clothes and shoes, they just work in public catering!I have always recommended you to my friends for a safe vacation, but now, I don't have the courage!!! It is offensive that they don't clean the tables with disinfectant, they can't use utensils to keep food clean!!The quality and hygiene of the services in the dining rooms are deplorable!!!With the exception of the Italian and Indian restaurants, the area with all the bars, where the cleanliness and the way of serving are kept and maintained with due care. All the staff working at the bars are clean and well-groomed under the attention of the manager Mr. AMGAD whom I congratulate for all the care and attention to the staff.You declare that you have become a resort for the whole familyA family with small children, who cannot protect themselves from dust, dirt on their tables and everywhereIt is also not possible that apart from the slides at the pool, you do not have a space arranged with a shaded area, with hints, specific equipment for children's gamesIt is a great shame that there is no investment in hygiene, cleanliness, utilities, especially since you declare yourself with a five-star regime.I did not want to write these regrettable realities regarding the quality of your services in recent months, respectively I post them because RewieuI declare myself, a lover of Carribean World resort. But I am very disappointed that from November last year until now in April, the services you offer to customers are increasingly poor in quality, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, given that the water is not good for sanitizing anything with it!!!However, I sincerely congratulate the staff at the Indian, Italian restaurants and bars, where hygiene and cleanliness are still maintained!!!In the hope that you will take the appropriate measures, including on the beach where all the umbrellas are damaged, unpainted, uncleaned and without a single luggage hanger, we hope to receive an assumed and responsible response from the management of your resort.It is a great shame to lose customers, due to these inattentions and lack of involvement in the safety and delight of those who are your loyal customers, as my family and I declare ourselves!!!!To the extent that you are available, I expect an encouraging response from the management of the resort.

    Horrible holiday for engagement

    The hotel its self is lovely , rooms are lovely and gardens amazing couldn't fault. But food is basic and no English food available at all in buffet. Mainly aimed for French and German. If English this hotel is not for you. Alot asking for euros instead of own currency which I thought was odd. First day we arrived already people bothering us to book spa and buggy rides hadn't even got into the beach yet. DND signs dont work as they still ask. Got people making stuff for us to celebrate engagement yet charged us later on. No respect for woman as they pulled my partner away to talk about booking stuff I was left on my own on a beach with my ptsd for nearly an hour. Alot of people pressuing. I recommend also if staying to book the restaurants dont go for buffet food. Front desk rude and none polite when we had private driver instead of being ripped off tried to get us to pay £5 to front gate to meet our driver even tho hes picked us up before. Excuses rules change everyday not really good for hotel that is apparently 5 star. Poor selection of drinks and watered down. Only thing we loved was house keeping and gardeners. Will never return to this hotel again. Worset ever and massive let down to us getting married.

    We have just returned from the dream of our 7th visit to Caribbean World but the memories remain. The Caribbean team always look after us. Amgad (bar manager) made sure that we were so welcomed and let us know that he was always there to help, he put on a special fire show for my birthday which was lovely, Mahmoud (guest relation) as always welcomed us and looked after us. Mr Hamdy (Italian restuarant manager) was the perfect gentleman and made our visits to Gazebo an absolute pleasure. Omar (lifeguard) made sure we had beds and a friendly chat by the pool everyday. We were happy to meet the lovely Ahmed on the beach again. Many of the bar staff were always friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful hotel the grounds are gorgeous with an abundance of flowers and the people make your stay extra special. There are numerous different restuarants and places to eat through the day. The food is lovely, we were soilt for choice. We always feel like Caribbean World is our 2nd home and cant wait to return again.

    Racist towards egyptian + extremlyy bad food

    I recently stayed at Caribbean World Resort Soma Bay and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff’s attitude was noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming, particularly toward Egyptian guests, while appearing more attentive to foreign visitors. This created an uncomfortable and unfair atmosphere throughout the stay. Additionally, the food quality was far below expectations, with limited variety and very poor taste, making dining an unpleasant experience. Overall, the level of service and hospitality did not meet the standards expected from a resort of this category, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.
