  I would like to thank you all for amazing vacation we had in May. We were probably only few people from Lithuania, but my mom, aunt, daughter and me were impressed about the hotel, how everything is planned, how clean it was, the food and shows in the evening are very well organized. Hotel is in great location, close to everything you need. Beach is very clean and stuff is friendly. Animation team is great, pools are very clean and coach is always taking care of it.Special thank you for a person who cleaned our rooms- 5226 and 5230 during our stay, for art from towels, daughter was very happy. And also special thank you for Ashraf Fathi, who works in Cabana beach bar, he always was very nice and took good care of us, really amazing work he is doing with really great cocktails- and always remembered exactly what we will want :). We will for sure be back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family members who will travel to Hurghada!   Decent value family break hotel

  It's a big hotel resort, with 2 hotels joined into 1 so multiple pools, 2 main buffer restaurants. The location is great, in the city centre in Sheraton Road, the main shopping street. Plenty of taxis, and a 20 minute walk to the Marina. Its definitely worth trying local restaurants for cheap high quality food and to break the monotony.We booked 2 garden view rooms and on arrival the check in offered us a choice of a junior suite, but as I was travelling with my 2 adult child I felt that we needed 2 bathrooms so declined and took the 2 separate rooms.In the morning I found that the view was of wasteland next door, so asked reception if they could move us. We were shown the Royal Suite and offered this upgrade free of charge, which was very generous and offered exactly what we needed, though it did mean that 2 rollalong beds had to be brought in because the sofabed wasn't functional as a bed. They're ok but only just comfortable.Dining is repetitive and the food fairly bland in the buffets. Its nearly always beef stew, roast chicken and undercooked fried fish. You also have to put up with lots of Russians pushing in and generally being ill-mannered. I would say that 90% of guests are Russian. All inclusive drinks are typical local beer and spirits, and absolutely fine.The evening entertainment is good: dance and fire shows, and a magician. There's a spa (at extra cost) and gym, and you can take boat trips directly from the hotel beach. Tip: negotiate hard because they are expensive compared to off-site tour companies. As with most hotels the staff are very friendly and helpful. They work hard to keep customers happy and earn tips.It's a clean hotel - we didn't have any tummy problems, but maintenance is lacking. Wobbly taps and loose cupboards doors and handles. On balance it's a decent hotel and 4* Egyptian is equivalent to 3* by UK standards.   We were in September and October 2025, we were also in 25.04.2026.Everything perfect. Nothing to complain about. The better we know the resort, the more we like it.   From the very first minute at Seagull Hotel Resort Hurghada, I felt truly important and welcome. The warm welcome, help with luggage, and immediate immersion into a relaxing atmosphere set the perfect tone for my stay.Special thanks to the front desk team: the staff are always available, extremely attentive, and ready to assist at any moment. I would especially like to highlight Taher – a true professional who always found solutions to any of my questions, whether it was organizing transfers, recommending excursions, or handling everyday requests. Thanks to him, every issue was resolved quickly and effortlessly.The hotel is impeccably clean: housekeeping in rooms and common areas is thorough and regular. The food is outstanding: diverse, fresh, delicious, with constantly updated menu options. The staff here are truly highly qualified: polite, well-trained, tactful, and always smiling. You can tell that the team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about guest comfort.I'm already planning to return to Seagull Hotel Resort Hurghada for my next vacation.
