Location

This family friendly resort is ideally located in the centre of El Gouna. It is just 20 km north of the crowded tourist town of Hurghada and offers an oasis of peace and tranquillity. This picturesque setting, combined with the golf course of El Gouna, creates the perfect getaway for family holidays, romantic honeymoons, and active sports breaks. A range of sights and attractions are within a short distance of the hotel, including the Abu Tig marina (1 km).

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2023. 339 rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 9 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge (subject to availability). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A business centre with projector, fax machine, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a tea/coffee station and an oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, satellite television, a stereo system, a plug adapter and WiFi. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. 27 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can cool off in one of 2 outdoor pools. There are also 3 children's pools as well. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and jogging. For a fee, guests can also enjoy paddle tennis and fishing. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as catamaraning and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and parasailing. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Third-party operators offer beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy dining in the cosy atmosphere of the 3 restaurants (a buffet and à la carte available). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast from the buffet or à la carte guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, children's meals and vegan food can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    This hotel provides magnificent conditions for your vacation. It is a 5 star all inclusive facility beautifully designed based on ancient Egyptian architecture.Excellent food, very comfortable rooms and exceptional service. We would like to highlight the front office manager and staff, and especially staff in the Miramar restaurant and bar.Joseph and Moussa from Miramar restaurant treated us as family, same as the bar staff Mohand, Toka and Refa. And special thanks to Ehab from the family beach - he was always there for us. They all made our stay enjoyable, relaxing and an overall pleasure.
