Facility

Guests have a choice of 737 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service and a laundry service. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. The congress service offers support with all aspects of event organisation.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Many units feature a sea view, which creates a particularly lovely ambience. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the queen-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. The outdoor pool complex, which includes a children's area, makes for relaxing swimming. A waterslide provides fun for all ages. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball and archery. Water sports on offer include water aerobics or, for a fee, snorkelling and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym and yoga. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a hammam, massage treatments, aromatherapy and a Cleopatra bath, are offered for a fee. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café, a bar and a lobby bar. A cosy atmosphere and delicious food await guests in 5 non-smoking restaurants (high chairs are available). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Staff are lovely and can't do enough to help. Hotel is clean. Good location, as it is close to the beach, plenty of shops around the hotel and a short distance from the airport. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and have good air conditioning. On site doctor is fantastic, and explained everything he was doing it when he was doing it, and was able to keep my 6 year old nephew calm throughout. Also if at any point you need a pharmacy id recommended the one with the green building near the hotel.     Staff were very friendly and helpful, great food choices and the hotel is kept very clean and welcoming. The only reason I’ve marked it down is it all just needs a good lick of paint. It’s clear the water slides have been done but it’s chipping off and you can see the old paint. The outside which looks out to the strip looks outdated, especially with the newer hotels around it, I would recommend though, staff can’t do enough. Big shout out to Islam who works in the outdoor bar and the guy who makes pancakes and waffles in the pool restaurant, both who couldn’t do enough for my daughter Sindbad Club, Other at Sindbad Club Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.     Brilliant 11 night stay for a family of 10.

    We went as a family of 10 for 11 nights. I can say I have never received the hospitality like I have here, nothing was ever too much for any of the staff from the reception team to the bar staff. The restaurant near the wave pool was much quieter and the staff were amazing but the variety was much more at the restaurant near the quiet pool with themed nights etc. The à la carte restaurants were lovely so I would highly recommend booking them, you could book them as many nights as you wanted. There was never any sun bed wars as the pool staff always helped you get a bed wherever you wanted. The beach was lovely and the all inclusive is included there also, staff were amazing there too. The entertainment staff always put on a good show and are amazing at what they do. One of our group did encounter a bad tummy and bad bites so did spend 2/3 days in the room but an injection from the chemist and some rest did the world of good. I never normally get bit but I have been bitten around 6 times on my legs but not the hotels fault, just take antihistamines everyday and that should do the trick. The air-con is great… we did 3 days without our air con working properly but once we told reception they fixed it right away. Omar the from the animation team and ramen nady from the wave pool bar team are assets to sin bad club they are respectful, outgoing and make you feel so welcome. We all said they made our holiday what it was due to their kindness and hospitality. The bonus is that it is only a ten minute transfer from the hotel but it is very rare you hear the airport traffic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Hurghada. Thank you all for making our holiday one to remember, your staff are the biggest asset.     Staff treat you like royalty they work hardThe place is clean and well kept although there’s a lack of toilets around the hotel which is annoying.I became quite poorly with I think food poisoning! Never felt so poorly and eaten alive with mosquitoes.Chemist were very helpful and reasonable.Entertainment was ok with amazing cabaret but became repetitive and would have enjoyed more fun entertainment and music to dance to which isn’t expensive to do .Overall we had a good holiday and the staff throughout made it special with their respect and kindness to everyone Sindbad Club, Other at Sindbad Club Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thanks for the lovely review!
