This resort is located in Hurghada, right on the beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.     Amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The food was very good with a lot of choices every day, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always kind and helpful.A special thank you to Ahmed, our guide, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and always there to help us and make our stay even better.The animation team was also amazing, always bringing good energy, fun activities, and a great atmosphere every day and evening.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!     Very nice resort, super nice animation team for young and old!Arobics, waterpolo, beach volleybal and live music in the evenings.I loved it here!     This hotel is really well maintained, the cleanliness is out of this world. I like that we have a choice of the pool or the beach to sit at, I like the variety of the food, this hotel caters for so many people it's really nice. The staff are all so polite and friendly towards us. I also love the cleaners, there work is remarkable. Beds are so cofmy also. To add to this the animation are fantastic, couldn't do a better job. Something I would say is in the terrace in the morning everyone is smoking, I understand it's outside but just thought it would be nice to make it non smoking area.     Not long back, having spent 10 days at the Siva Grand, going in early May, first time to Hurghada, and went based on recommendations from friends, and a guy at work goes about 4 times a year and always uses the Suva Grand, hence why we did. So, overall i would say this isa good Hotel, the pool are and beach are very good, well laid ot, no issues getting sunbeds, and attentive staff. Food is good, always fresh, plenty of it, and well laid out, there are loads of staff about, even the communal toilets always seemed to have staff cleaning them. The only let down was the room, i paid for an upgrade to a Junior Suite which i would rate as 2 * plus, we stayed in the main Hotel, room 371, but they all seemed the same, very tired, and in need of refurbishment, but it was cleaned daily, with fresh towels etc. Overall, a good Hotel and i would probably use it again Siva Grand Beach, General Manager at Siva Grand Beach, responded to this review Dear valued guest,We would like to thank you very much for the valuable time you have dedicated to write your comments about your stay lately in our hotel.
