Facility

This resort was renovated in 2023. 721 rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities at the resort include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop.     Hotel great. Staff very friendly. Animation team did a brilliant job especially Mia who did a great stretching class and was a lovely friendly girl who took time out to talk to us.

    The animation team was amazing especially Mia and V they’re very chatty and fun and try to get everyone involved even when there was limited guests. Animation team especially deserves a shoutout. The sales team is not great though and we had to go round the quiet pool to stop being hounded. Food was okay and lots of variety

    This hotel is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in , my wife has a thing about public toilets, these are so clean.
