    This hotel is way over rated! No way it is 3.9! Rooms were very small - only 2 outlets & no USB outlets. All rooms & areas in need of major renovation. No elevator - first floor is down 6 steps and second floor is a whole flight up. Things were fixed when we asked - but one item was a request to clean the floor! Our socks were black! Shouldn't have been an issue. Instead of 4 nights, we left after 2.     Our room was nice and clean, and the staff was very polite and courteous.Will stay there again in the future.Nothing fancy, and that's how we liked it.     It was like putting makeup on a pig. The paint seemed fresh, newer flooring in the main spaces, but that's where it ended. The walls were paper thin, terrible selection of TV channels, dirt behind the doors like they hadn't been closed to clean, soft spots in the floors, stains on the walls, toilet moved like it wasn't secured to anything, dead bug under the sink, stains on the towels. And as icing on the cake, kicked out of the breakfast area at 9pm for "curfew" on a Saturday night. There with a group and there was literally zero other gathering spaces - some of the rooms didn't even have chairs at the desks in them. They knew when they booked us we were a sports team, but this hotel is definitely not accommodating for groups (shockingly enough, this was one of the "nicer" rooms!!!). Very rude staff as well.Not worth the $71/night that I paid. Your feedback regarding missing chairs and limited gathering space for your team is valid, especially considering that we were aware a sports group was staying with us. While we do enforce a quiet hours policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we understand how frustrating it must have been to be asked to leave the breakfast area without an alternative place to gather. That could have been handled with more understanding, and for that, we apologize.We’re particularly concerned to hear about the way you felt on our staff, this is never acceptable, and not in line with the service we aim to provide. We are currently addressing this internally and will be working with the team to reinforce expectations around professionalism and hospitality, especially when hosting group bookings.While we regret that your experience did not reflect the value you expected and certainly not the quality we want any guest to encounter.     Easy accessible older hotel, worth the stay.

    An older hotel that is taken very good care of. I slept well with new sheets and comforter on the bed. Bathrooms are updated with a handicapped accessible shower head that can be detached. Even a handicap accessible seat if needed.Breakfast had all the essential items to pick from.Thank You!     Place was clean everything worked fine and they cook good breakfast the only issue I had was they want you to smoke far away and that’s not safe for a woman alone they do not allow you to smoke at the door where the ashtray is.
