Wonderfully located in Marsa Brayka, this resort is located in the tourism area of Marsa Alam. Marsa Alam’s airport lies around 45 km away.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 320 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     mohamed mostafa - the best man on the hotel, very friendly and always happy. They have beautiful beach with a lot of fishes swimming around, and a lot of places to chill, rooms are very nice and always clean, I really liked my stay here and I would reccomend it to everyone

    Brayka Bay Resort is a lovely place to stay — but the real highlight was discovering Diaa Shawki's office in the lobby.We spent the day exploring Wadi el Gimal National Park with Diaa as our guide, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable and memorable days I've had in Egypt. We visited an ancient temple that felt completely off grid — no crowds, no tourist buses, just us in the middle of the desert. Diaa brought it to life with his knowledge in a way no information board ever could.Along the way we spotted wild dromedaries roaming freely — including some adorable babies — which was a completely unexpected but nice surprise.For lunch, Diaa prepared traditional Bedouin bread fresh in the sand, Egyptian picnic style. Simple, warm, and absolutely delicious.The day ended at Horabe Beach — one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline I have ever seen. Crystal clear water and not another soul in sight.Tip: Book well in advance

    Where the Desert Meets the Stars — and One Extraordinary Guide

    Brayka Bay Resort is a gem in its own right — a more intimate property that never feels overcrowded — but what truly sets it apart is that this is where you'll find the office of Diaa Shawki, quite possibly the finest guide in all of Egypt.Diaa's desert tour was the highlight of my stay in Marsa Alam. We drove into the Eastern Desert by jeep, explored stunning rock formations, learned about the geology and history of the region, sat around a fire with traditional Bedouin tea, coffee and bread, and finished with proper stargazing through telescopes under an incredibly clear sky.His knowledge is remarkable — Egyptology, geology, astrophysics — he's worked with National Geographic and it shows. But what makes him special is how naturally he shares it all. Nothing feels like a rehearsed tour script.I enjoyed it so much that I also used him as a guide in Cairo and Luxor. Equally excellent there — and a very practical bonus: when you walk with Diaa, the persistent street vendors leave you alone entirely.Tip: Book well in advance — his tours are popular for good reason.     We were in Royal Brayka on may. IT was a great time. We want to say that the best was sun, see, food. But the best from the stuff was Mr. Mohamed Mustafa Gad. He is so friendly and helpfull.
