    Very nice environment and nice and kind friendly helpfull staff. We enjoyed. Also the possibility to walk a long distance near the coast line from resort to resort makes it very nice. We had a room with Seaview which was amazing. Also very clean everywhere and a nice terrace and animation. The bay very nice to swim and also beautiful. Beyond expectation. Food also good with a nice view when you sit outside. Also a waterpark is available just 1 minute outside the resort. Also close by the airport.     Everything was good. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.There were a few days when workers were drilling the pathways and carrying out renovation work by the pool during the day. However, the manager, Mohamed, was very responsible and resolved the situation. Hello to Mohamed from room 1115.     The best holidays in Egypt

    This was our fifth stay in Egypt. Previously, we stayed at Rixos Seagate in December, where the level of service was truly outstanding. However, Jaz Solaya turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. What impressed us the most was the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, the incredibly friendly atmosphere, and the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff. The hotel was spotless at all times, and the food was excellent with a great variety to choose from. Our vacation here turned out to be even more relaxing and enjoyable than our previous stay at Rixos Seagate. Jaz Solaya will definitely be our first choice for future holidays in Egypt.     Great hotel that I would love to return to

    It was a great experience staying at Jaz Solaya. The location is excellent, with a beautiful beachfront, an amazing reef, and very good food. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and attentive. Special thanks to manager Mustafa, who helped resolve all our issues and requests quickly and professionally.The only downside was the animation team. The entertainment program was quite weak, and the animators did not really try to engage the guests. Especially for kids, there were very few activities, and the ones available were rather boring.     My first time at a Jaz hotel and it was a perfect choice. It's a peaceful hotel with delicious food and a beautiful beach. For the first time I experienced juices poured from cartons, uniquely packaged ice cream, live music in the evenings sung by talented artist and bar staff carrying the drinks you order to the sun loungers. Entire complex and the hotel staff are very friendly. When I developed a throat infection I quickly got to the hotel doctor and the receptionist then called my room to ask how I was feeling. I'm going back this year this time to Jaz Lamaya. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
