Facility

Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a cash machine, medical assistance and a laundry service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud from the front office, before our arrival I felt his hospitality and how he was keen on settling us to the best rooms in the hotel, he was doing his best to fix the AC problem. Mr. Abdelfattah head of the beach restaurant and Chef Moustafa head chef of the restraunt they were beyond expectations and accomodating my daughter's Gluten free diet. Chef Ahmed on the pizza station was beyond excellent.Chef Ibrahim Hassan on pasta station.The whole staff were very welcoming and smiling and always looking after our comfort.And ofcourse Mr. Sherief Khairy the Duty Manager was welcoming us and making sure that everything is comfortable every morning at the breakfast.     Totally relaxing getaway, great territory and beautiful reef

    I wanted a totally calm and relaxing getaway, and this hotel turned out to be exactly that! The whole place is incredibly green and full of blooming flowers, which brings in tons of cool birds. The best part is that it never feels overcrowded, I can always easily find a spot on the beach with a perfect sea view. The food options are decent, and I’m really enjoying the little corner with local Egyptian dishes alongside the usual selection. As for Marsa Alam, the house reef is amazing, packed with colorful fish, and I even got to see the sea turtle that live here on a daily basis! Such a perfect, peaceful escape.
