    Just got back from a great week 27th May- 3rd June. Great for children and me and my friend enjoyed it too. The children love the water park and enjoyed the entertainment, children’s disco was quite late and the same but think you get that every where. The staff in the restaurant always made an effort and can’t thank you bar man enough providing us with our special cocktail as he called it every day ( forgot his name but in our picture below ! great memories made . Only problem was the mosquitos , should have used Off spray instead of jungle as they are rife at the theatre.

    Excellent family hotel for family in Egypt.Friendly staff.Tasty food and great enterteinment for both children and adults.The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained.We had a wonderful stay and would definetely come back again

    ​We recently stayed at Charmillion Aqua Park as a group of 3 families with kids, and we had an absolutely amazing time. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back!​Two of our families stayed in Block 14, and our room cleaner, Mohammed, was absolutely brilliant. He was so well-mannered, attentive, and did everything we asked for with a smile.​The food was great and changed every single day, and the restaurant staff were amazing and looked after us so well. The kids had a blast because the pools and slides are fantastic, and there was always plenty of different entertainment to keep them busy.​We booked all of our excursions directly through the hotel, which made everything completely stress-free. We also used the hotel's taxi service, which leads to the highlight of our trip regarding their customer service: One night, my brother unfortunately lost a pouch off his bag containing gold earrings. When we raised the issue with the hotel, an incredibly honest taxi driver found the pouch and brought it right back to us. We were so grateful and rewarded his honesty with some money.​It is rare to find such honest, hardworking staff. Thank you to everyone at Charmillion for making our holiday so memorable!

    The place is good value for money with lots to do the staff there are so friendly and helpful too,the food in the restaurant was good also with a variety of choice but felt the snack bar could improve a little and add more choice to the menu.
