Location

The hotel is located on the southern tip of Sharm El Sheikh overlooking the Red Sea. The hotel is about 15 km from the famous city centre Naama Bay (about a 20-minute drive), home to the main shopping area. It is also just 5 km away from Sharm El Sheikh Airport (about a 10-minute drive).

Facility

The resort has 629 rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms.     Me and my partner had the best time here! The hotel was very clean, beautiful, food was great and the staff were all lovely. In particular, the entertainment team around the pool were amazing! They always had games on in the pool to entertain my boyfriend while I tanned. Marci was always lovely to us and even got my boyfriend to do yoga which he loved! Nothing but good things to say about her, she was always polite and also invited us out in the evenings to explore the night life in sharm. I can’t recommend this place enough, ask for Marci and you’ll be well looked after! We’ll definitely be back.

    Our experience at the Hotel was fantastic. The rooms and every area within the complex were spotless. Towels renewed daily and constant refills of bottled water in the room bar. The food at every mealtime was 5 star standard. By far the biggest plus was the staff who could never do enough for you, with a special mention to Lola and Sal Alsharif the Head Chef. Swimming with a Manta Ray in the area of the reef allocated to the hotel was the highlight of our stay.

    Everything was very nice, the atmosphere and the vibe was amazing, the entertainment team was super cool, expecially Marci 🌸 who organised most of the activities in the resort, she was very kind and really involved herself and put passion in everything!❤️ Food around all resort was top. Top. Top. All restaurants were delivering super delicious dishes, I was truly impressed.
