Location

This hotel is ideally located on its own sandy beach and offers guests everything they require to be as active or relaxed as they wish, making it an excellent place to stay. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Sharm El Sheikh town centre. The airport is 10 km away.

Facility

Guests receive a warm welcome at the resort. 317 non-smoking rooms, including 2 junior suites and 2 suites, are available. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel doctor. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (no extra charge). Bicycle storage is also available for a fee.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and, for a fee, a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Internet access, a telephone and satellite television are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered a selection of towels. 2 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. For guests who wish to keep active, bocce and beach volleyball are available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as snorkelling and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy kitesurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, diving and parasailing. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics. The complex offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a spa and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a lobby bar. Air-conditioned buffet and à-la-carte restaurants await guests. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and halal food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Myself and partner stayed at this hotel, my friend also travelled along. While we were worried my friend maybe located far away from our room, as a lone traveler we emailed the hotel to see if they could help keep her near us. I got a prompt reply stating "a note had been left at booking and they will try their best"We were surprised they managed to give her the room next door which relieved a lot of stress. The hotel is very relaxed, even the sales people were happy to chat but also new when to leave. Bar staff at the pool bar were the best!! "Geezer" cant remember his name but thats all he kept calling my partner, he waited on us even though we were happy to walk to our sunbeds with our own drinks. Hotel is clean. Staff are lovely, even the house keeping team were great, made our bed in to a heart and with flowers round it for my partners birthday and done other towel origami. I will certainly be back, never had problems getting a sunbed, the beach was wonderful 😍 and only a 10min if that taxi ride to soho square and hotel arranges taxis.     Myself and my partner have travelled all over the world and we have stayed in some wonderful places . Jaz Belvedere was one of the best , the entire complex is immaculately clean , beautiful gardens , lovely pool area and although small the private beach area was fantastic too .. What truly made this a star above the others was the staff , they were all super friendly, very attentive and just nice people to have around , the bar staff ladies were absolutely incredible, making wonderful cocktail in the lounge for us , even making me special ones with no alcohol for the last day as I had to drive on my return home . The pool bar guys were great and super friendly making it easy to relax and enjoy the sun , The food was all very good indeed for all meals ( breakfast, , lunch and dinner ) and always a variety to choose from ..     Booked this as a replacement to a Dubai holiday that got cancelled, needed to find some where to celebrate my wife's 60th and our 32nd wedding anniversary. Hotel looked good but having stopped going to Sharm some 14 years ago do to a bad experience, was not expecting a lot from this hotel, just good weather was the main reason. WELL, what a surprise , special mention to OLGA in customer services who helped arrange everything including a late check out to all of the staff who really couldn't do enough for us 5*, we arrived and the reception up graded us to a Seaview room , but, yes the sea was visible but so was the waste land but room was OK need a little refresh, needs more power points , slightly doggy wiring on some of the sockets. Stick with a garden view, they are absolutely fabulous. Food was continental but we always found something and it was good quality food, cakes were fantastic, Again drinks were good quality, not cheap stuff, wine good but a little restricted , no malibu , and no cider but I drank mango jucie :) and beer. My very much liked the brandy/rose.....Beach always plenty of sunbeds with wind breakers (nice touch as it can get windy) fine for me to keep me cool. All in all not expecting too much but delivered a great holiday so we will be back. Another special mention - Suhaila who kept my wife in drinks , and a lovely person.ONLY ONE word of warning is the return home, not the airline or the hotel - the airport is rubbish, from getting into the airport to the departure gate I was searched 5 times, I travel around the world with my work and NEVER have I had such a rubbish experience in an airport, under invested in equipment and facilities , this would be the only reason I would not return.     We were honestly a bit scared after reading some comments on ebookers, and at one point I was almost sure I wouldn’t go to this hotel and would cancel the booking. But thankfully, I didn’t.Everything was absolutely fine. Everyone was kind to us, the hotel was clean, and the staff worked hard to make everything run smoothly.
