    People in the kitchen are nice but owner and reception not good

    The staff were really nice but my room was horrible. I complained 3 times and the owner was there, he didn't even bother himself to make sure that they fixed my heater and the AC. I was in a single room and I demanded to change it because it was a horrible room with ants as well. However , the last time when I went to the reception, they told me that I didn't go to tell them that the things were not fixed. As if I should keep going to the reception more than 3 times! They don't have a phone in the room and they don't have a kettle. I asked before I travel if there's a kettle and they said that they will bring me one. And they didn't bring me anything. The view is nice and people in the restaurant are really nice , but the reception were not doing anything in the complaints and also the owner. I will not go there again.

    It's not even a hotel it's a mess veeeeeeery bad there's nooooo reason to stay there unless u wanna ruin your vacation the pool is not clean and full of plastic bags blankets are not clean by a bit JUST please don't go thereNOT RECCOMENDED

    The worst place ever, they not interested in cleanliness and maintenance, The room doesn’t live up to human use, Breakfast is very veryyyy bad, There are no services at all.. not worth to take even one star .. My advise is not to go

    bad hotel most of the rooms are very dirty and there are many insects in it and the bathroom is broken , AC in the reception is not working there is no AC remote in the room it working 24 hours , you cant change temperature and always the reception is empty

    The hotel was not clean .. food was bad and not enough for guests,,no available rooms for us at arrival.. no available service when needed,,not calm or relaxing place ..i am not going to visit this hotel again ,
