  Amazing Hotel Stay

  We've just come back from a fabulous week here at this hotel. From the staff, to the food, gardens, facilities, grounds, drinks, rooms. Everything about this hotel was just super. We never came across anything negative here. Nothing at allAhmed for keeping our room immaculate Waled for keeping us hydrated The lovely ladies from the entertainment teamMilad from the Asian a la carte restaurant for looking after us so well Loads more staff just too many to remember or mention.   Our stay at Stella Di Mare exceeded all our expectations. This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating in every aspect.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The reception team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every interaction made us feel valued and well looked after.The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The bar staff were incredibly polite, cheerful, and efficient, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere every day. The restaurant team also deserves special recognition. They worked tirelessly while remaining kind, welcoming, and attentive to every guest. It was clear that customer satisfaction is their priority, and their positive attitude made every meal even more enjoyable.The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, very clean, and offers everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The overall organisation, attention to detail, and hospitality reflect a very high standard.If we could suggest only two small improvements, they would be:- adding soft mattresses or cushions to the sun loungers for extra comfort;- serving watermelon at lunch and dinner, especially during the hot season.These are only minor suggestions and in no way diminish our excellent experience.We had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. A sincere thank you to the entire Stella Di Mare team for their exceptional care, kindness, and dedication. Highly recommended!

  One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in

  Well what can I say apart from perfect We have Just come back from two weeks all-inclusive in the Stella Di Mare Sharm el SheikhSo this is my personal review of this hotel on behalf of my wife and me Hotel is just a little tired but beautiful and spotlessly cleanGrounds are perfect and again beautifully kept in pristine conditionPools are amazing there was plenty of sun beds and towels ( when we were there)Service around the pools is amazing we could not find fault with anything Rooms We were in room 834 it was very spacious with a large bathroomLots of storageSafe box free in roomFridge that was stocked every day (free if all inclusive)Tv with a couple of English speaking channels ( or if you like the news bring your own firestick)Hair dryerIron and iron boardNice balcony with nice table and chairs over looking the sea and the main poolBest hotel bed we have ever slept in Food and drink 3 amazing restaurants and a beach bar that also makes foodSomething for everyone and lots of it, with outdoor bbq. The food was really 5 starWaiters always on hand to bring you drinksThe main pool has a very nice In pool, pool barLots of sunbed we had no issue getting a sunbed (last two weeks in May)There is even a guy comes around to clean your specs / sun glasses Facilities Second to none with 3 amazing poolsSpaBeach with a small reef with amazing fish and coral you must snorkel hereAgain sunbeds on the beach areaHotel has a free bus that drops you off and picks you up in town Staff For us this is what really made the holiday, during this holiday it was my wife’s birthday and WOW the staff were amazing they went above and beyond on her birthday every member of staff made a great effort to make sure she had a wonderful day and evening. We must say a huge thank you to every member of staff but a big special thanks to two guys Mr Hany George he organised a romantic meal in a private area at the sea side it was totally beautiful and amazing as we had dinner as the sun come down. If you have a special occasion I would recommend you get in touch this guy and he can arrange this.The second guy, he must forgive me as I have forgotten his name. He is the guy who cleaned our room each day of our stay, what a Lovley man always polite nothing was an issue for him and on the day of my wifes birthday what he done to the room brought tears to her eyes. This man was one of the nicest people we have ever met on any holiday we class him as not just a hotel employee but I can say he became a friend too. But I have to also say that every member of staff were amazingI have travelled all over the world with my work and on holidays what I can say in all honesty is that I have never stayed in any hotel with such amazing staff so it’s a big huge thank you from us both the staff made this a truly amazing holiday One negativeWe arrived after 1 am in the morning the hotel had a sandwich waiting for us and a welcome drink which was a nice gestureWhen we checked out at midday, I asked if we could keep the room for a few hours and we would pay as our pick up was not until 20:20. The guy on reception said no then he cut off my red wrist band and told we could only have drinks and any food till 3pm. This was not good at all when you take into account we had nothing on our fist day as arrived technically on the second day it would have been nice to keep the wrist band till we left but that’s my only negative.we have added a couple of photos I would have loved to put a couple of videos on but not sure how to do this So round up5 star hotel5 star food and drinkAnd most of all 5 star service and 10 star staff, thank you all we will be back

  Fantastic holiday

  Home 2wks after the best holiday at this hotel. Cannot recommend it enough. Immaculately clean, lovely food, brilliant snorkelling & lovely staff who cannot do enough to help you. We will definitely be coming back. BBQ at the main buffet every night was fantastic. Special thanks to our friend 'Gergas' the lifeguard at the pier near the Oriental restaurant- La Scogliera (also the best snorkelling spot. Go through the tunnel near the restaurant). Gergas the lifeguard made our holiday, such a lovely friendly man, really loves the sea/reef & all the marine life and was always excited to share our pictures & videos with us as well as always helping me with a life jacket as I'm not a confident swimmer. Also, restaurant Henry George, always chatting to us & making sure we were having a good holiday as well as helping us with a very special, beautiful & special celebration meal on the beach and Romany and the team at the Oriental restaurant who made the evening fantastic. Walked, Mustafa the 'fish' sorry, Shark 🤣 (he's a competition winning free diver) & Dani on the beach every day greeting us with a smile, laughing with us, making sure we were all set up with our loungers, parasol & lounger cushions and Waleed always making sure we had cold drinks. We've been lucky to travel all over the world but this hotel & the staff are something special. The service is second to none. The food at the main buffet is so good you don't even need to go to any of the a la carte restaurants. Thank you all of the staff at the Stella for such a wonderful holiday. Kellie & Anna x

  Dream place as usual. Second time to visit it and still keep it's amazing atmosphere. Wonderful staff, bars,pools, beach. Everyone wants to help you and make u feel happy. All the staff funny and smiley all-time . Thanks alot for great experience and these unforgettable memories
