Location

The hotel is ideally located only 3 km from the centre of Biarritz, where guests will also find bars and nightclubs.     When I saw the external doors and the poor condition of the building I felt unsafe staying with my two children. The fact that anybody could access my hotel door during the night was very off putting. I cancelled my booking and went to another hotel for the night. The nearby Ibis budget was the same price and 100% superior in quality and cleanliness.     the room smelled very bad, mould on the waal near the door,overall not very clean: this hotel needs an urgent up-date.But the staff is very friendly and helpful...overall don't think we go back there although the location isn' that bad.     Usually for this kind of hotel we pay a half price. But considering the number of people we were it is still ok ☺ - we lacked one towel and the soap distributor was damaged + the bed is super comfortable

    Should have checked the reviews!!! What a huge disappointment to have spent 10 hours on the road to arrive just as the hotel was closing, with hindsight we wish had been closed. It’s an overpriced smelly dump which does not deserve the title hotel. Room was tiny and the bathroom was just a cubicle. Didn’t stay to sample breakfast, couldn’t wait to leave.

    Easily the filthiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. What's that on the floor? Only an enormous dead insect. What's that stuff next to it that looks like a dozen dead worms merged into some unholy alliance - don't touch it! What's that smell? Just stale sweat and ancient urine Give this one a miss, don't give them your money. Above are just the tip of the iceberg in a catalogue of rank, obscene insults and disrespect to guests and contempt for their money. Boycott this establishment for the health hazard it surely is It turned my stomach. It will turn yours. An absolute, unmitigated disaster of a hotel which should be closed down toute suite! Ugh!!!
