    Great hotel close to downtown Biarritz

    Pros: Amazing hotel, best location, Superior room on the top floor, super breakfast with great local products. I came to celebrate my special birthday and would come back anytime!Cons: Service quality could be improved a bit: i was told to take bus the day before my arrival but they did not tell me about Marathon so bus dropped me off far from hotel and had to carry my suitcase for a few stops. When I made it to the hotel the receptionist (Sarah?) did not seem the care. Also when I checked few days before my arrival (I paid for flexible stay) that given the bad weather could i make any change to my 4 night stay..no answer. When I arrived I tried to change from 4 days to 3 days given bad weather but no help, i was told they can't refund any amount. Regarding your request to shorten your stay, our booking policy does not allow cancellations or reductions within 48 hours prior to arrival, including for weather-related reasons that are beyond our control.     A perfect home away from home in Biarritz!!

    A perfect experience in every way! I stayed in Biarritz three days before beginning the Camino de Santiago, and couldn’t have been happier to have this darling hotel be my home away from home while I recovered from jet lag! Great location - right near the beautiful market and also a short walk from town center and beaches. Don’t miss breakfast! Thank you all!     This hotel was amazing !! Get room 11 it has a delightful balcony !! The service was top notch! Veronique gave the best relaxing massage and the breakfast was magnificent!! 5 stars !!     Comfortable stay in a Great location

    The location of this hotel was excellent, close to restaurants and other activities in Biarritz. The tram from the airport stops a short distance away (across the park) from the hotel. The room was quiet, affordable, spacious and clean and included a patio to sit on in the evening and morning. The service was excellent with recommendations for lunch and dinner.     Charming little hotel in Biarritz.

    La Maison du Lierre is a charming hotel with friendly and efficient staff. My room was very comfortable with lovely views of the garden across the street. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is quiet but only a couple of blocks from the main avenue, which makes it a perfect location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will come again.
