    For first time visitors to the city, this was a great find. We stayed here twice during our time in the regions. You won’t find more professional and helpful staff.The rooms are a lot more than bedrooms as they are well equipped for cooking, relaxing and sleeping. The breakfast room is spacious and the breakfast has everything, including cooked eggs, bacon and pancakes as well as cereals and fresh fruit. And a great coffee machine!The location is within walking distance of all the sights and there are plenty good restaurants within 15 mins. And it’s only 15 mins walk from the railway station. Overall, the hotel is great value for money (book directly with the hotel for the best prices!).Our group highly recommends this hotel and it deserves a much higher star rating.     Location's Great, But That's About It...

    Sure, being right by the train station is super convenient, and you can walk to all the main spots easily. But honestly? That's where the good news ends.Well, the studios are pretty roomy, and having a kitchenette sounds great on paper. But here's where things went downhill fast. The moment I walked in, I was hit by this overwhelming stale tobacco smell (they'd tried to mask it with some air freshener, but... yeah, no). The windows facing the street were huge but filthy - though weirdly enough, the smaller ones were spotless! Go figure. 🤷‍♀️I found hairs IN THE BED (I know, gross, right?), the bathroom was sporting some lovely patches of mold (not the decor I was hoping for), and everything just felt... sticky? The floors, the walls - and there was this persistent greasy food smell that wouldn't go away.Getting any sleep? Ha! There was this constant drone from the ventilation system that sounded like I was sleeping next to an airplane. Apparently, it's been an issue "they're working on" for ages. And mornings? Pure chaos! Doors slamming, vacuum cleaners roaring - forget about getting any work done or catching up on sleep.And here's the cherry on top - the fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM! Want to know why? According to another guest, the poor receptionist (who was alone, by the way) - a guest had been cooking and the receptionist "Sarah" couldn't figure out how to turn it off. I mean, seriously?The staff seems nice enough, but they're clearly overwhelmed and undertrained. Red flag alert: they insisted on payment upfront and wouldn't let me see the room first. Never a good sign, right?Quick tips if you do end up staying here:Skip their overpriced breakfast - there are tons of cute bakeries nearbyDon't waste €15 on their sketchy shared parking lot - park on Rue Court-Barbey instead (it's free at night and actually feels safer)Such a shame, really. The location and room size could make this place a winner, but between the cleanliness issues, the noise, and the general chaos, I just can't recommend it. They need to seriously up their game before I'd consider giving them another shot.     Serious Hygiene and Service Issues

    While the All Suites Appart Hotel Bordeaux Centre Marne benefits from its prime location near the train station and the vibrant Capucins Market, my recent 8-night stay revealed significant concerns that overshadowed these advantages.The problems began at check-in, when I discovered alarming hygiene issues in my initial room. The bedding contained visible short hairs and lint, while both face and body towels displayed yellow stains indicating improper laundering. Although staff responded to my immediate request for a room change, maintenance issues persisted in the second room, including an empty shower gel dispenser that remained unfilled despite multiple requests to reception.Most problematic was the complete absence of housekeeping services throughout my entire stay. For 3-star establishment marketing extended-stay accommodations, the lack of basic services - sheet changes, bathroom cleaning, and trash removal - is unacceptable by any standard.The breakfast service, which should reflect the hotel's 3-star rating, failed to meet basic expectations in both variety and quality. The presence of flies around exposed jam jars raised particular food safety concerns that require immediate attention.Until these fundamental issues are addressed, particularly regarding cleanliness and maintenance protocols, I cannot recommend this property to other travelers expecting 3-star accommodation standards.Renos K.     Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel did not live up to my expectations. A number of issues need to be addressed right away.First off, customer service training would be a huge help to the personnel in improving their interactions with visitors. An attitude that is more hospitable and accommodating will greatly enhance the entire ambiance.Furthermore, I think that when it comes to handling guest complaints, the management team has to be more proactive and present. The visitor experience can be substantially improved and a dedication to customer satisfaction can be shown by having management on hand to address problems.In light of my experience, I am unable to suggest this motel. There is a chance for a much better stay, therefore I genuinely hope they make the required improvements.     Located within walking distance of the main attractions. Public transport very close by. Room was clean enough but they would only clean again if we paid as we were not staying long enough. We had two single beds. One mattresses showed a lot of wear and tear with large dips in it. Reported to reception several times, held off writing this review as I was told management would contact me. They have not. Stayed 4 nights and hardly slept.
